Most of the google reviews are written by the present employees (Chamchaas) and are thus not true. This is a LALA company with many policies in paper and nothing in practice as such. Only budhhas working there since last 12-14 years are surviving by licking boots of the seniors. Even seniors became seniors by licking boots as they seem to have a very little know;edge of what they are handling. I have worked for this pathetic organisation, where i was made to work till 9 pm in the night though the work timings were 9:00am to 5:30 pm and i had to travel back to home in night. The company highly lacks on WOMEN SAFETY MEASURES AND ONLY MAINTAIN A REGISTER JUST TO NOTE NAMES OF WOMEN LEAVING LATE AT NIGHT. NO OFFICIAL CABS ARE PROVIDED, STILL MANAGER HAS AUDACITY TO OPENLY FLOUT WOMEN SAFETY. The company is good in 2 things though - CORPORATE POLITICS AND BLAME GAME. Even by doing so much of work, one gets a very little recognition and thus no incentives or bonuses. The monthly and quarterly award distribution is a big joke where the chmachaas were given awards. The manager named Pinkey Kataria who is VP of the Legal Department is a vicious, illiterate and pathetic human being with no respect for another human being and IQ lower than average human being. No scope for growth or even learning. No Career growth at all. If a person is talented and has all the focus on growth and career, please avoid wasting your time in this LALA COMPANY
