We have been taking our two dogs here since they were puppies, now they are 11 years old. Dr. Landers and the team have always been great to deal with and give excellent service.

Staff was great and had the patience of saints when dealing with my dog. I will continue to take my dogs here.

What a great facility! I had to take my cat (who is extremely anxious outside of the home) for an upset tummy/diarrhea. From the receptionist, to the technicians, and up to the doctor, they went out of their way to talk and comfort my cat. At the point of examination, she was actually purring!

The doctor was very thorough and took time to answer my questions and listen to the concerns of a very worried daddy! It was concluded to be just a stomach bug and they didn't try to force or worry me into costly tests/medicines, etc.

If you are in the area, I cannot recommend Valley View Pet Health Center enough!

I love this place. The doctor is friendly and knowledgable and they always greet my dog when I walk in. He loves coming here.

Really friendly staff. They gush over my little guy every time I come in, which makes for a very positive experience for my puppy. They have very reasonable prices. Dr Landers is super nice and I feel really comfortable with him. I would definitely recommend!

We love VVPHC, and our fur babies do too! We feel welcomed on the phone and in the office. We wouldn't trade Dr. Landers and his staff for anyone! My four-legged babies definitely feel loved at VVPHC....this makes me happy!

Love this vet clinic! They will see anything that can fit through the door, from dogs and cats to turtles and guinea pigs! Reasonably priced. The vet takes time to educate his clients and answer any questions.

We like taking our pets to valley view pet Health Center. We love the reception and the technicians and the vets. If you choose to go on the health wellness plan you should be aware that even if your pet dies you will continue to pay on the plan or pay a difference of the services rendered. It was definitely a shocker that I had to continue to pay for a wellness plan after my dog was euthanized.

It was such a relief to find not one but two Vets, Dr. Landers and Dr. Carboni, who treat both me and my puppy, Riot, with consideration and respect. Everyone in the office was pleasant and smiled. The technician was particularly concerned that Riot was not overly stressed when she needed to be restrained for her exam and shots. Riot is a Great Dane/Lab rescue puppy and at only 18 months and 86 pounds, she can be a lot to handle. She was returned to me with not a sign she was bothered by the experience. I especially appreciate their Wellness Plan which allows me to manage Riot's medical care costs for a very reasonable fee.

Highly recommend Dr. Caperton and his staff for exotics. I brought in a rescue Tegu that I ve only had for a few days. They handled her beautifully and were so genuinely interested. Barbara was so awesome and helpful scheduling and checking us in. Dr. C was very personable and encouraging. He offered food options, other vets in case of emergency or him being out of town, and he listened to all my concerns giving me options. His other staff were so fun as well! Sounds like a great team to cover all types of pets from small to large, common to exotic! And he even said to call and let them know how she is doing next week. Most vets I ve met would just say schedule another visit but they just have a genuine interest.

If you want to take you pet to a place that loves animals. This is it. I love these people. Their "bedside manner" is the best.

The people at Valley View have been taking care of my dogs and cats for over 10 years. They ve always been professional and gentle with them. I ve used their services from when my pets were puppies and kittens all the way up to their senior years and thereafter. I highly recommend them.

I have been coming to this place for years. It seems to get more, and more disorganized. Time to find another vet.

Great experience with our first visit! Our dogs have been through a lot of boarding facilities and we really felt comfortable leaving them here. The staff was very nice and took great care of our pups.

After using a different veterinarian for years and feeling like we were getting taken advantage of with every visit, we decided to switch to Valley View Pet Center. We couldn't be happier with the entire clinic. We've been taking our two dogs there for 3 years now and have never felt like we were over-charged or under-treated. The staff is reasonable about needed lab work, not running unnecessary tests. Dr. Landers was even kind enough to let my girls look in his microscope at our dog's cells at our last visit. Valley View Pet Center isn't fancy, so go elsewhere if you are looking for granite countertops and hardwood floors. If compassion and reason are what you need, this place is perfect!

My young cat was misdiagnosed and died as a result. When I met with the vet to review the records from the second vet practice who correctly diagnosed her and then had to euthanize her because it was too late, his response was that it was a vet tech's fault and he would "have a word with her". Zero responsibility was taken by the vet and I never heard another word from the practice.

I was and still am heartbroken over her senseless loss due to his negligence. This happened 8 months ago and I chose to wait to post my review so emotions wouldn't affect my post.

If you love your pet you won't take them to this clinic.

This staff here is the sweetest I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at a veterinary office. Their examination and medicine for my WHS (Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome) afflicted hedgehog was kind and effective. Even with my exotic animal, the bill didn't leave me broke and they were very sweet and curious about my hedgie. They even allowed me more of her medicine to help her final days be as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much Valley View Pet Health, you made this devastating disease a little bit easier on pet and mommy. Thank you guys!!

I absolutely love Valley View Pet Health! Dr. Landers and his staff at the clinic give an amazing and comforting experience. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they also walk you through any procedure they will perform on your pet. I personally have a pet pig and there is no one I trust more to handle my pig than Dr. Landers. And an added plus to this whole awesome experience is that this clinic will work with you when it comes to scheduling. My potbelly pig can no longer ride in a car and Dr. Landers was willing to drive 30 MINUTES south of his clinic just to take care of my piggy! :)

Excellent veterinary Care, compassionate pricing, caring staff. They really take the time to get to know your animal, and spend a large amount of time with you(if you need) answering questions and listening to you. I would recommend them to anyone.

Anyway, if you don't feel like reading my rambling below, here's the gist, this is the best pet clinic I have ever been to. Why?

I absolutely love this pet clinic! The staff is amazing and they are all friendly, helpful, and funny! I chatted with staff at length while I was there and really enjoyed talking to all of them. Usually anywhere you go there's a chance of a bad apple or a sour face, not this place, they are all genuinely good people.

Dr. Landers is very experienced, knowledgeable, and you can tell he has a deep love for all animals. I took my 3 rabbits in for a check up yesterday and I was beyond impressed. He did a thorough exam, was very gentle, and explained everything he was doing to me as he was examining each one. I'm a "question asker" and he answered all of my questions, there wasn't a question that he couldn't answer and he was happy to do it. He went the extra mile to explain a lot of things about my pets that I didn't know or was unsure about. As the head Vet Tech mentioned, "Dr. Google needs his medical license revoked." (which I thought was hilarious). So we clarified a lot of things that I read online that were well, not quite right. I feel so much more confident in giving my babies the best life they can possibly have after our visit to Valley View. We spoke about food, bedding, possible illnesses, what to do in an emergency, preventative measures AND side note: he also knows a lot about history and foreign culture. Both him and the head vet tech knew exactly what my baby Edelweiss' name was/meant. If you don't know, look it up. :) I've gotten a lot of blank stares on that one!

As a business person I know how important it is to have good reviews and the last thing I want to do is post a negative review about a business but the horrible experience I had at the Valley View Pet Center today leaves me little choice. A few weeks ago,I made an appointment to have my two cats come in for a wellness examination. The morning of that appointment day I called the center to confirm and they said I did not have an appointment, and that the doctor does surgeries on that day. While on the phone with the receptionist who had the demeanor of an IRS collection agent, I forwarded them an email showing them the offer from them for the appointment and my email acceptance of that appointment. In a very indifferent non apologetic tone she said we can schedule you for another day. I did reschedule and that day was today at 12:00 for one cat and 12:15 for another (I have the emails to prove it).

When my wife and I arrived at 12:11 PM, 11 minutes late (4 minutes early for the second cat) after taking a wrong turn on Valley View Lane I was greeted by the receptionist with a stone face, monotone voice, no smile and a I could care less that you are here attitude. I was told that if I had arrived at 12:00 the doctor could see my cats and that I would have to make another appointment and come back. I told her what an ordeal it was to travel with two cats all the way from Plano Texas and I apologized. She said the doctor had just gone in to surgery a few minutes ago. I said how would the doctor been able to see my cats if he just went in to surgery. She continued to blame me. It appeared to me that they were behind schedule, very disorganized and looking for an excuse to get me out of the way and off the schedule.

I am a Physician and would want to know what was going on at my front desk and that I was losing goodwill and money because I had staff that had attitudes, indifference to the success of the practice and lack of an ownership mentality. I would have fully understood if she said the doctor had an emergency, is in surgery and would you be kind enough (with a smile on her face) to offer me another opportunity for another day especially if she showed some compassion other than acting like a prison watch guard.
Chances are I would have found the doctor to be excellent and very skilled but I will never know and he will never meet me because of the uncaring rude attitude of an employee, who by the way was training a new employee who seemed very embarrassed about the way my poor experience was going. I found another doctor a few hours later, spend over $500.00 at his office and now have a professional relationship with my new Veterinarian. Employees come and go but hopefully the doctor will read this review and make changes in his staff or at least their attitudes and save his practice from financial ills.

I have had a lot of cats and dogs in my life and therefore been to a lot of Vet Clinics. This is the place your animal will be well taken care of. I just can't say enough about Dr. Landers and his staff. Great customer service and genuine care for your animal. They treated my dog like she was their own during her long life and she felt like they were friends. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.

I wouldn t bring my dog here again if she was dying. Brought my 2 year old Shepherd/Mastiff in twice for the same problem. First the assistant said she was due for a annual shot. So I said ok. I come to find out it was my other dog. Both times they had no clue who I was or who my dog was in the doctors room. Now the bigger issue. My dog had a allergy rash infection on her lower neck. The vet, (Don t remmebr his name) looked at it for 5 seconds and immediately said to give her a steroid shot and give her antibiotics. 3 weeks went by and the problem only was worse. Brought her back in and they still charged me $40 for the exam for the problem they didn t fix and once again didn t even look at her and gave her the same shot and just more antibiotics. 3 days later she was already itching it. A total of $400 completely wasted. Today I brought her to another vet in Frisco, after explaining to her what has been going on. She said right away she needs to be on a stronger antibiotic because she is 90 pounds. She actually took the time to look at the rash with a high beam light. And also did a skin scrape. My question is why isn t this vet doing the same thing? All this place wants is money and don t care about your pets. Well at least mine. And one last thing there was about a month difference of appointments and they still haven t fixed there facility of the water damage and it smells really bad. I would highly recommend another vet.

Everyone is super friendly and I loved that even with this pandemic I was allowed to enter with my pet. Recommended hands down.

We truly appreciate your clinic's help with our little girl. Gypsy delivered 10 puppies within 4 days of her rescue and seemed to have very little trust in humans, so going to a vet's office was especially difficult for her in the beginning. She was so fearful when I brought her in to be neutered and you were all so loving and careful with her. The cost of rescuing a pup in Gypsy's condition and 10 puppies to place was difficult to manage, but your neutering program was reasonable and your staff professional, kind and very helpful. You even posted photos of our puppies who were all placed in loving homes. I don't live in your area, but I have recommended your clinic to friends who do and would certainly choose Valley View Pet Health Center if we ever moved closer. Thanks again for the care you give.

Feels amazing to know your furry has better health coverage than yourself

Dr. Landers consistently provides excellent patient care, quality client education and a warm smiling face! His surgical skills are exemplary and his commitment to providing pets with supreme quality of life is unparalleled. I can always count on him to help with my fur-babies and to know the latest studies and recommendations- combined with his wealth of clinical experience. I also feel good supporting a vet who does so much for the animal population around the world- his volunteer commitment with World Vets, working with feral cat spay/neuter organizations, etc. It's rare to find a vet who lives out their love of animals like Dr. Landers and his staff at Valley View!

Finding a vet that does house calls is a treasure, especially where our birds are concerned. When it is too cold to take them outside..VVPHC is GREAT! When you call to set up an appointment you talk to a super friendly, patient, helpful staff and they will send you reminders about your appointment. The Doc is AWESOME!! He gets as much info from you as possible regarding the pets issue at hand, as well as providing informative information back both for the current matter as well as future care. It is really nice to have a vet that is friendly, patient, professionaly personable, caring, easy to talk to and forthcoming with pet care information. I am really happy with VVPHC and so glad to have found them......Thanks so much to Doc and the staff at VVPHC for taking such great care of our babies!!!

Loved the receptionist but found out the experience of services I asked for prior to my appt were never performed before when we did show up. There is not an experience hedgehog vet on-site as they claimed.

Dr. Landers and his team are the best!!! He has been my dogs vet since I moved to the Dallas area 6 years ago but most recently I asked him for a second opinion on a dog and he has absolutely worked wonders on her. She had a serious skin infection and within 2 weeks of seeing him, she was like a brand new pup. Him and his team are so caring and compassionate, not only for the animal but for the owners as well. I would recommend to anyone and everyone in need of a vet.

Just moved to this area and wanted a new vet for my little buddy.
They are friendly when I call and when we arrive. Friendly to my dog and thorough with their procedures.Even willing to get me a same day appointment.
Would have given 5 if they had an exam table not made of steel. My dog hates those.

The staff is outstanding. They always ask about my dog when i pick up meds and food. Attentive to her needs. Can't say enough good things about all the folks at Valley View!!

I highly recommend this practice and its excellent focus on educating the pet owner! Dr. Landers spent the time necessary to ensure that all of my questions were addressed and did a fantastic job of anticipating questions and proactively providing me with important information I will need as a first-time pig parent. Finding a vet who was not only willing to treat a piglet, but has vast experience with and knowledge of pigs has given me great peace of mind. We love Dr. Landers, Caroline, and all of the friendly, sincerely caring staff at VVPHC.

I am biased because I work here as a Vet Tech, so please bare that in mind when reading my review. But, I do have pets too, and my pets are cared for by the other staff and Veterinarians here, and I have to say that, they take great care of my baby's when they are here for any reason, whether it was my dog Hopi Sioux's spay, or her Annual Exam and Vaccine appointment.
I have every confidence in all of the Doctors that work here, and all the Techs, and other staff that work here.
So I highly recommend you come and witness this tight knit, well trained, and very friendly pet loving place. Your pet will love it here because we love pets so much, we treat and care for every pet that comes through our door in the same way we do our own baby's, and they leave knowing our hearts were in it! We take our pygmy goats here - large animal vet is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are always able to get us in for an appointment when we need. We just got a puppy and plan to take him here as well. Very friendly staff!

First I have to say I ADORE the staff at this clinic. They are not the reason we are no longer taking our babies there. The previous reviews about callous, uncaring, only for the dollar treatment were on the mark. We lost our 3 and 1/2 year old pup December 23rd, less than 24 hours after leaving this clinic. Had the doctor expressed to me that what he was seeing was possibly a life and death situation, instead of "I give you your options and you choose" I would have made different/well informed choices for my baby girl. It all sums up to what we feel to be all or nothing expensive treatments on top of pricey low quality "wellness plans" and assembly line care.

They were very helpful and accommodating on short notice. Very good with my anxious cats too! Thank you for helping us get our travel documents!

Dr. Landers and his staff are all amazing. My dogs loves it, and so do I. Caroline greets you with a smile when you walk in and everyone treats you with respect and loves your pets. They spend time to provide the education you need, and answer any questions you have. Their prices are reasonable in comparison to many clinics around North Dallas. You get appointment reminders by email and they email you lab results. I give them 5 Stars and will recommend them to my friends and everyone I know with pets.

My dad brought our dog into doctor landers last week and the difference in her demeanor is night and day.

We had contacted Dr Landers to help us make our dog Blackjack's last moments as peaceful as possible. He came to our home, and was so kind and professional. He gave us all the time we needed, we did not feel rushed at all and he was quiet, calm, and reassuring. He gave us all the information we needed about the euthanasia procedure, what to expect. Blackjack died very calmly, after a long struggle with nasal cancer. He was at least 15 years old, and had a very happy life and was a beloved pet and member of the family. He died surrounded by his human family, and his pet brothers, loved to the very end. We had a private cremation, and his remains were placed in a very nice wooden box, sealed, with his name on a brass plaque. When my husband went to pick up his remains, the staff were welcoming and kind concerning our loss. We also received a thoughtful and kind pet sympathy card from Dr Landers and his staff. Thank you Dr Landers and staff for making a painful and difficult time bearable and as good an experience as is possible under the sad circumstances. I take back my previous review. I'm very disappointed about the quality of follow-up. I'm beginning to wonder if the doctor understands that the majority of his business will always be dogs and cats. I guess we weren't exotic enough.

We have been taking our pets here for the past 10 years. We have always had a great experience. Every time they have correctly diagnosed the issues and given us the right treatment. We won't use anyone else. They have been there with us from the beginning of one and the end of another. Staff and doctors are very caring and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Great service and staff was very nice, helpful, and courteous. We needed boarding for our son Jacob, which is a Cocka-Poo (Cocker Spaniel/ Poodle mix) so that our wedding weekend could be stress and worry free with relaxation without being concerned with Jacob's well being and needs. VVPHC well exceeded what we needed and contributed greatly in our wedding day and weekend being "exceptional"! The assistance was great and everything was done so smoothly. We will definitely continue to trust you guys with our children! God bless you all!

I found a new vet. I discovered this place after leaving my former, less competent, less capable vet. If you have questions, they take the time to answer in detail and to your satisfaction. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. Don't be put off that they may be busy when you first walk in the door...they are busy because they are good. The prices for the procedures I've had paid for so far have been comparable or better than the previous place I used who were not nearly as capable. They are well equipped. I got a call after I dropped off my very ill cat asking me to authorize x-rays so they could determine the actual issue. They called me with the results of the x-ray in HALF AN HOUR! My own doctor has never been that fast. They can tell you the scientific name of whatever you're discussing and still explain it in plain language on any level so that even your kids can understand. They recommended several various products for ridding my yard of fleas and tell you which are the best and why...regardless of whether they sell that product or not! They want you to have good results. They aren't there just to squeeze another buck out of you. On top of everything else, they can also make house calls for not much more than a regular office visit. It really is affordable. I didn't actually have them make a house call as I took in each my pets to their center but its always good to know its an option. Valley View Pet Health Center is definitely my new vet.

We took our pet in after a recommendation from a friend. We were quoted one set of pricing, then told it would be more - understandable since they haven't seen our pet before. When asking how much the services would be and expressing my concern in the pricing, they clamped my pets fluids (leaving the needle in his back) and stood there till I talked to my husband to ensure we could afford all the services. They didn't offer to make a payment plan like most vet clinics would do. It was all or nothing.

When calling back to get the results of the test, I was advised to bring him back in for a recheck. He was just there 1 day ago. I am taking my pet back to our old vet to see if they can figure out what is wrong since this place can't. I do not recommend this place.

Just moved here a few months ago. We found a new vet for Charlie s shots. Very close to the house and the staff is nice.

A warm and friendly place. I've been to other vet clinics that were cold and unforgiving but not this place. Everyone was so nice and I felt very welcome like we were already friends after one visit. The doctor came out to the lobby and sat to talk to us and answered all of our questions. Also convenient there is a groomer right next door.

Super friendly staff-doctors always get back to me really fast with test results, etc and I love how well they explain stuff. They see all sorts of stuff which I think says a lot about how hard they wanna work-that's a lot of stuff to know. Dr Landers seems to really care about my critters, not just treat it like a job.

They really care about their animal patients and parents. I love them and fully trust them with the care of my baby mini pig.
I would absolutely recommend this place if you re looking for the best vet care there is out there. I m so grateful for their services.

I brought in my two sugar gliders to be neutered. The staff provided above and beyond customer service and pet care! I live quite a distance from Farmers Branch and was concerned that I may not be able to make it back to pick up my gliders later that afternoon because of severe storms that were coming in, and the staff offered to go pick up food in case I couldn't make it back in to pick the gliders up and they had to spend the night. (Luckily it didn't come to that.) The cost was very reasonable for neuter, medicine, and e-collars compared to other vets in the area. We are three days post-neuter and they have had no complications -- we never even needed to use the e-collars. Dr. Landers did an excellent job. I highly recommend this clinic!

I am incredibly pleased with the service my cat and I received at Valley View Pet Health Center. My cat suddenly became ill one night and I panicked because I did not have a veterinarian in N. Dallas. I called VVPHC first thing the next day and they were able to schedule and appointment with me that morning. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were promptly seen by a tech, then Dr. Landers. He was extremely gentle and compassionate towards my terrified cat. He treated her as if she was his own animal. After the exam and specimens were taken, Dr. Landers stayed in the room with me to await the results. He talked to me in detail about my cat's symptoms and what the possible outcomes could be. He also spoke to me about the importance of a proper diet and regular health screenings to prolong a healthy life. My cat was administered medication and I was told we would be contacted within a few days for the final results. The checkout process was smooth and easy and the price was very reasonable. I left the clinic feeling very relieved and confident with the care she received. Within two days I was contact by Dr. Landers and given the results of the test. We will be returning in two weeks for a follow up visit and I am in no doubt that we will receive the same care and attention as the first visit. My cat has noticeably felt much better and I cannot thank VVPHC and Dr. Landers enough for their help. We now have a vet clinic in N. Dallas and I will never again have to panic about where to take my beloved animal. Many thanks from the bottom of my heart!

Annual exams for our two dogs went well despite it being fairly busy. The Vet and Techs were kind, gentle, and professional. Seemed to genuinely care about the dogs, which was not always the case with previous Vets. I look forward to using the prescription portal through Valley View s Website in the future. Easy to access and I found discounts. Also can t wait to see the clinic when the remodel is complete! Thank you!

This veterinarin is in itI for the money....I live in Justin...right outside his service area....I called in to ask if he would trim the hoofs on our pig. I was told that I lived to far from their office (Farmers Branch). I said ok....I offered to pay double the farm call which is usually around $65.00....Where we live is about the same distance to Allen from Farmers Branch..an area that he provides service. The clinic called me back yesterday to let me know that if they came out it would be $795.00 almost 4 times as much even paying the double of the farm call....so what they did is price it so high that I would have to say no....stay away from the guys.

I have a mini pig so I have been calling around to gather prices on a nueter. They were the most. Cost efficient than others that actually do piggies. I also previously used there services when my Great Danes stomach flipped. I was extremely impressed with the urgency the took with the situation. For those who don't know, the stomach flipping is life and death situation, sometimes in only 30mins. They were unbelievably awesome. My baby girl was even able to come home 6 days earlier than expected. So THEY ACTUALLY REFUNDED ME CLOSE TO $700 OF WHAT I PAID!! Most other places would have kept her there thru the whole time. Even if they do let them go earlier.. other place wouldn't give u a huge refund. They'd probably just say it was the price I paid wether she left early or not. TOTAL RECOMMENDATION.

Dr. Landers and his staff are incredible. I have worked with many veterinarians over the years during my work at animal shelters in California and Dr. Landers is by far the most intelligent and practical vet I have encountered. My pets, Siena and BabyBird, are treated like part of the family. I know that Dr. Landers would never recommend a treatment or procedure that he wouldn't do on his own pet. Even though I have about 15 vet clinics in my area, I make the drive to see Dr. Landers because he is the best.

The Doctor and his staff are very gentle and seem to genuinely care about animals. My cat is a rescue, and not much of a people cat. They treated her with kindness and praised her behavior during her overnight stay. The doctors diagnosis was understandable and the directions were very clear.

Dr. Landers is amazing! His staff is so nice and friendly and took great care of Hazel today. Very affordable services, but then again Hazel is a family member and I would pay whatever was needed!!! We will definitely be back for all of her future needs and check-ups.

Where to begin? Dr. Landers and his staff are beyond friendly and personable. I have been a patron of this practice for over 10 years. Several years ago I moved to Plano, but I gladly drive back to Farmers Branch to take my fur babies to the best place I know. Dr. Landers has come to my house on more than one occasion to help my older animals leave this world on their own turf. This allowed my pets, my family, and me to say goodbye on our terms and with no stress on my pets. If you have ever had to say goodbye to a family pet, you know how hard this can be. Dr. Landers is always up to date on new procedures and medications to prevent and treat all kinds of ailments. I only have cats and dogs, but from what I've seen at the clinic, he treats a plethora of pets, from pigs to bats I think!! Now that's a variety! You can't go wrong!

No need for you to look anywhere else - this is the best place! We've taken our 2 pygmy goats and 2 dogs here for 3+ years now. They are always kind, caring, and professional. They care SO much about your animals and want to make sure they are in the best health. We've seen all of the veterinarians and they are all great, as well as the techs. They have walked us through 2 puppies as well as major and minor issues. Very reasonable on price too. Can't say enough how great this place & the people are!!

Friendly, caring staff. Tech Barbara was especially great with our puppy. Low cost neuter/spay program is well worth the extra few miles from our normal clinic.

We have been seeing Dr. Landers for several years now and have always been extremely pleased. Everyone at the office is so kind and helpful and it's obvious they truly love what they do! They see us when we need to be seen and have very flexible scheduling. Don't let the office location fool you otherwise you will miss out on a great vet experience. We drive from Coppell because they are that good!

I had my rabbit neutered here and they were fantastic. He was home and eating and playful that afternoon. The place to go for rabbit surgery.

I have never been to this place but I have a sugar glider and I am looking for a good vet just Incase something happens. I have been reading the reviews and I think it would be a great place to take her. I read about this place on a website for the best vets for sugar gliders and I would like to know if it really is a good place for me to take my sugar glider.

Dr. John Scott is an absolute saint, our dogs are so nervous when they go to the vet except when dr. Scott is in the room! This is a wonderful place to take your fur babies. The people are caring and knowledgeable and we always have amazing experiences. They are understanding on budget and super friendly.

Great veterinarian clinic and awesome staff. I have five pets and fully trust everyone in this clinic. Pet insurance, etc.. certainly helps. Dr. Landers is great with my most eveLkitty and my dogs. I highly recommend..

The employees here are friendly and helpful. They knew me by name when I came in. The doctor was gentle with my cats and they even have wellness plans to budget out things like shots. It's too bad I had to move away or I'd be a client for life.

The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only place I was able to find in DFW that could do an export health certificate. If you are PCSing over seas and plan to take transfer leave in DFW, this is your go to place for a health certificate.

Brought in my dog for an emergency- blood in vomit and coffee grounds. Man (don t know if he s a tech or actual vet) refused to take a look at him and sent me somewhere else. it s not even 12:30 and they close at 1 today (Saturday) and this place refused to provide me a service to just do a quick check because I didn t have an appointment
