Dr. Phifer and her nurse are wonderful! Thank you all for taking the time to listen and for making me feel comfortable and informed.

Dr Phifer is amazing. I can t say enough good things about her. She is supportive and caring and makes you feel like you actually matter.

This facility has always been great to me. Dr Minnec has operated on me more than once and I am extremely grateful for his candid talks and treating me the way he would want his wife to be treated. I appreciate his time, concern, and patience.

Transferred to Valley from a different OB, waited a month just to get scheduled for a ultrasound because they had no openings to be seen by a physician. Finally got an opening to be seen in my 2 trimester had a miscommunication on the two open slots and they said I was being Discharged!..(I've NEVER been seen by a Physician how am I being Discharged)
Never thought I would experience this while being pregnant, NOT knowing if my baby is ok or not!!...

I attempted to switch from Women's OBGYN due to scheduling so far out. When I came to Valley, the woman I saw for endometriosis (which requires planning and different treatments) just gave me all the options and asked me what I wanted to do. I'm not a medical professional and don't know how to treat this, which is why I came to them.
After a few visits, I decided I was done and was much happier at Women's OBGYN. They asked to have records faxed from Valley. So someone with Valley calls me and tells me it's $30 for a standard records fax. This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard of and shouldn't be asked of your patients. Their scheduling wasn't much better, either. Definitely go to Women's OBGYN.

Horrible, stressful and the lack of communication and compassion is appalling. They failed to inform me I would have to see a specialist ( i found out by getting a call from the specialist) called Valley to find out what was going on and what was wrong with my baby only to be told by whoever took my call that this has happened a lot!?! So it wasn't human error which I would've understood but this is happening to multiple women. Also got scheduled for an ultrasound at Valley only to show up and be notified that it was canceled but no one thought it was necessary to notify me. We live 45 mins away and took time off work to attend (kind of like most people we have to work to provide for our family). This place is a joke and recommended anyone considering this place to go somewhere else and save yourself A LOT of stress and heartache.

I called them and explained that I am sick and six weeks pregnant. My doctor from the other center is not available and I need care. They told me I have to contact the initial center and have my record transferred to Valley before they can schedule an appointment, which takes about two weeks!!! I reemphasized that I am an individual looking for health care regardless of where I have been going before, I can not wait. They could not still help! Very disappointing and not trustworthy in case of emergency!

Beside this: if you go there anytime you have to wait at least an hour until the Dr. show up!

jennifer englby was amazing with my iud insertion. but the women who work at the front desk are absolutely terrible, super rude and talking about personal matters at the front desk out loud. not respectful with people s privacy at all. also, not very polite or welcoming when i came into the building, the one blonde woman at the front desk is really snobby. will most likely be going to a different location in the future.

Dr. Llewelyn is amazing. He was my Doctor for 2 of my 3 pregnancies (the last 2.. and the last one was a surrogacy pregnancy). He also performed my tubal ligation surgery once I made the decision that 2 babies was the perfect amount for me. I didn t have one single bad experience with him during either of the pregnancies or with my surgery. He is thorough, caring, funny, smart and the list goes on. My surrogacy pregnancy was by far the most difficult one I had . I felt miserable every single day. But he got me through it and kept me reassured the entire time. An IVF/egg transfer pregnancy like I had is quite a bit different than a regular pregnancy.. but he was up for the challenge and was extremely knowledgeable about everything involved with it. I delivered 2 healthy, beautiful perfect babies thanks to him and his wonderful care. I can t imagine ever going to anyone else for my OB medical needs. I highly recommend Dr. Llewelyn!!!
