Great staff who are very helpful. There is plenty of parking and there are a lot of signs pointing you to the right place when driving. There is a small snack area where you can buy donuts, fruit, bagels and assorted other snacks and beverages including coffee drinks. The Dr's are very good here. Dr. Singh made us feel relaxed and she explained everything after the appointment.

Michelle Graves has personally placed my brother in a facility that has him on deaths door. I am next of kin and for some reason she has the authority to restrict me from seeing him.

Caring staff and lots of resources! If you or a loved one have intellectual disabilities (including Autism) call them! They are a wealth of information and can refer you to other community organizations.

They do not answer the phone. They say they are doing things and disappear for months at a time. They do not follow up with case management. They will let your children fall through the cracks. You will spend more time speaking to their answering machine than anything else.

Very helpful in getting me where I needed to go with my son. Also they didn't string me along, did the process fast and gave me reassurance that if I needed any questions or help I could call someone. Still in the process of everything for my autistic son, very fresh news for us.
