Internet goes off every 15 minutes all day while I try to work from home. I upgraded to higher speed/broadband but still disconnecting. Asked for credit for missed time/ work due to disconnection but rep was rude and stated non payment will result in disconnection. I pay for service I don't get, yet they expect payment for nothing. Horrible customer service, horrible service period. Do not recommend.

Internet is really good in the morning 40 down 30-40ping no complaints once we hit about 2pm that s when things get bad 20-30 down ping 60-100 then we hit 5pm internet completely terrible 100+ latency 20 download I think why this happens is because of VEA having congested towers they need to setup up more internet towers or fix there current ones slow download speeds are a sign of towers being over populated so VEA if you see this I recommend you do that if you want happy customers you guys are all we have so make it good !

They seem to throttle internet download speeds to half of what they advertise during the afternoon. The Basic plan advertises "up to" 40mbps but you'd be lucky to get 30mbps when you really need it. Browser speed tests regularly report 20-27mbps download rates so the service is at best inconsistent. Very high ping (140ms+) when streaming HD video or gaming. Upload speeds seem relatively unaffected, however. New, tuned AC1200 router and Cat6 cables show this problem is on the provider's side, not a problem with consumer hardware as they like to accuse.
They've also decided to throw customer service out of a fifth story window, as whenever you call them you're greeted by the most grating Microsoft Mike robo answering machine in existence. The only thing they make easy is their bill-pay kiosks, but that seems to be more of a billing safe-guard for the company rather than an actual amenity for their consumers. This ultimately doesn't add up, as they charge $55 per month for Basic (40mbps-down/10mbps-up) than typical Las Vegas ISPs (i.e. Cox has $50 per month for 50mbps-up/10mbps-up). That's about 33% more in price per Megabit with regularly worse signal consistency under load.
*Picture attached is with two PC wired connections running minimal/no additional processes.

Great service, never have to wait. I have had valley electric since 2007 love them. I have their WiFi service whenever I have an issue night or day I can call leave a message and within minutes you get a call back by a local person not I REPEAT NOT from India or where ever in the the world. It s great, the Staff in the office at customer service always polite.

If i could write a no-star review i might be tempted to do just that, i'm only giving two stars because of the nice people AT THE OFFICE. There was a Valley electric bucket truck outside my home, by the time i put some shoes on and walked out there to politely ask what they wanted/needed, they drove off, this is suspicious because there's not many houses on my street. I called their -S-T-U-P-I-D- telephone number that's listed(no way to get customer service or an actual operator), and none of them could tell me why there was a truck outside my house, like really?? I said to them; "You don't have access to your own dispatch and cant find out why there's a truck parked off the street(technically on my property)right in front of my house?" ""Um, there's nothing on the account that says they should be there, but they "may" be out there to check the poles and lines and stuff."" (-.(\ You cant call the dispatch for the trucks and find out? Really? smh
