I hate leaving reviews because it takes a lot tome and it usually isn t worth it.

This place is a rare exception. It is a public service to inform anyone reading this as to the importance of avoiding this facility.

If your hospital uses them, go elsewhere. My son is about to turn 3. We paid the bills associated with his birth on time and nearly 2 years ago.

I just received a collection notice for a small and allegedly unpaid bill. When I called to discuss the fact I d already paid this (nearly 2 years ago), they refused to even look into their past history.

I can t blame the person on the phone, but whomever runs accounting and finance should be politely asked to go miss-manage someone else s systems

Let me make it clear, my son is now 3, just receiving this bogus collection

Fail! Fail! Fail! The WORST customer service that I've ever dealt with. I never received a bill from them - not one; that is until it was sent to collections. I called the billing department and they told me that my address is unknown and that all the bills that they had sent were returned as deliverable. I asked the employee what address they had for my home address and it matched my address - she couldn't explain why the statements didn't make it - just that their computer shows it as an deliverable address. They said that they would pull my bill from the collection company - but she would not send me an email confirming that they would do this. I asked to speak to a supervisor and a she would not let me speak to a supervisor - because "supervisors do not talk to people". What?!?! She did say that she would leave a note that I am requesting to speak to a supervisor and that it would take 48 hours for them to call, but she couldn't guarantee that they would call. I never did hear back from her company.

Such a shady company. I set up a 5 month payment plan option that they proposed on their billing website and then they proceeded to upcharge me every month. At one point, they sent me a text saying I owed double what was left (2 months) and so I called and the person on the phone, Giuliano, refused to give me his employee number and assured me it was an accounting error. I got the text message a week later and when I tried to call back the phone it just kept ringing. I ended up paying the whole bill that day but a month later I got an invoice saying I still owed the total paid amount and they were sending me to a collection's agency.

Worst customer experience. They don't send bills to your address and report it to credit bureaus that takes a hit on your credit scores. Get to know from credit history and called them to make a payment and asked them to report back to remove the delinquency and haven't done so far even after 6 months from the payment date.

Never, ever received a bill from this company for my surgery. Waited, waited... Can't pay something without a bill since you do not know who your anesthesiologist is. Then 7 months later I get a bill from a collection agency!! Worst customer service ever!! If they would have sent me a bill, they would have got their money a lot sooner!

Patients beware of their billing practices. Despite the fact that I paid, they sent out another invoice, I again paid not realizing I'd already paid it. Then, they sent yet another unpaid invoice. All within a 60 day period. I called requesting an refund, only to continue 30 days later waiting for their resolution team to get back to me.
