For young generation and new learners 2 years OK but not more than that.

Overall company culture is good (not best)
Canteen facility need to improve, difficult to have north Indian style food in every day's meal.

It was good experience in work place, I gave this my 100% during my duty, But I was disappointed much more there due to policy against the employees.
