Weird experience. The hotel property is beautiful but definitely has a few things to figure out. Room service technology antiquated and off-putting. The bathrooms have no venting. I ve long said that Houston needs a boutique hotel, something we can be proud of but this is truly dissapointing.

Just wrong. The live music in the bar of the Sorella was awful and too loud. I felt very uncomfortable in there, since none of the people seemed to be Hotel guests. You can just walk in off the street to the bar if you want. Are they trying to be a club or something? Picture the worst kind of club, in the wrong part of a town...
