In 2018 got Daikin minisplit and 5 year service for affordable price. System is working without any issues through most of the summer and some winter days. Would recommend Valeirco to anyone who is looking for a great service.

Woke up one morning to 52 degrees. The heat was on but not blowing hot air. Called Valairco (I do have a service contract with them as well) and they sent someone out the same morning. Since our system is over 20 years old, we decided to replace that unit. They came the next morning (on time), were finished by 1 p.m. The guys were respectful of my home and left everything as it was when they arrived. I also felt that the price was fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had an Oil to Gas conversion. We are very satisfied with the work that was done in our home. They arrived on time and were very conscious of there surroundings in our home. They laid down drop cloths on the floor as to not track any dirt on the floor as they were coming in and out. My furnace failed during the night and was blowing cool air so at 10 a.m. I contacted Valairco, advised them of the problem and they said someone would be coming between 12 noon and 4. Michael the technician was at my door at 12 noon! He listened to my explanation, examined the furnace and was able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. He also gave the furnace a maintenance inspection. The cost was reasonable as well. Michael was was pleasant very professional, and observant of all Covid 19 protocols. I highly recommend using Valairco!

The problem was temporarily fixed. Then the tech ordered the required parts and completed all the repairs promptly two days later. Excellent service relative to peer companies. The technician was excellent, thorough and informed me of the diagnostics regarding the problem. I requested a service contract based in this call and resulting work.

I have used Valarico since 2005. They installed a new air conditioning and heating system to turn my house into a two zone home. I have used them to install a humidifier, replace my water heater and furnace and most recently an air conditioning unit. They have amazing customer service and well trained technicians. I moved into my house last week and scheduled a service call because the A/C unit wasn t working properly. John came the same day and found that there was no freon in the system because the unit had multiple leaks. He explained my options in detail and I decided to replace the system. Installation was completed a few days later and the house was comfortable by the same evening.

The technician, Nick, arrived on time and was attentive and courteous. He had a mask and proceeded to the basement. After approximately 25 minutes he came up stairs and stated that the furnace filter was quite clean and did not require replacement. I requested replacement and he changed it. He briefly mentioned an air scrubber option, I declined and he left detailed information for me to consider. Nick gave professional service and advice and left a very favorable impression.

Previous owners of our house had HVAC system installed by and serviced by Valairco, and we ve enjoyed same for duration of the warranty. When the warranty of the unit expired last fall, we signed up for the continuing maintenance plan without hesitation. The unit is maintained multiple times a year, routinely scheduled by the office staff. The maintenance technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and give great advice on little fixes to your home to optimize the heating/cooling efficiency. Five star experience from the 4 1/2 years we ve been Valairco customers, and would add an extra star if it was possible for their community involvement for recognition of youth athletes etc.
I have been with Volairco for about 20 years, give or take. The people are very warm and friendly and I have never had any issues with the service. Pricing is great (and I compared when I got my new A/C unit). I love Marilyn. She calls me to remind me to get my regular maintenance. I'm so busy, sometimes she calls me half a dozen times or more, but she never gives up. This helps me keep my systems maintained and not just skip it because I'm busy. This company has a real honest, family feel. I recommend them highly.
