If you are an intelligent and independent person and you have a winning and positive temperament then this job is for you and will bring you a lot of happiness, independence and freedom (for me the best aspect) . For the others, you will probably learn a lot there, but if you are looking for a cushy job quietly and looking at your FB account every 5 minutes instead of taking care of your prospects and customers, find another job! The profession of independent wealth management consultant is both a profession of ethics and of service to your customers, but you must also live by it and make interesting contracts with your customers. So if you do not develop your client portfolio quickly enough at the start because you have difficulty motivating yourself and getting to work, you will not succeed. As long as you have not acquired your first 40-50 customers, you must multiply the acquisition efforts. Afterwards, it is only happiness, your customers adore you, you develop privileged relationships with them, they recommend their entourage, you take in more contracts, and you can train other CGPIs under a system of mentoring and coaching which is excellent for learning management and increasing your income.
