Best snowboarding of my life, cant wait to get back
Love it!!! Great place to bring family... accomodating and friendly service.
Great resort. Boarders have a harder time getting around than keystone, but still great.
I live here so maybe I'm a little tainted but Breckenridge is always so crowded from the ski slopes to the parking to the restaurants my local favorites are still copper and Arapahoe Basin for skiing and then Frisco or Dillon or Silverthorne for restaurants that aren't a zoo.
I don't know where to begin!!!!! Man, I love Beck!!!!!!! What an amazing ski resort it is!!! So much to do, very nice slopes, runs, and bowls! And to top it off, the town itself! Man the atmosphere there is terrific! I personally love peak 9. beautiful area with amazing lodges! Cant wait to go back this season! Definitely recommend! #skibreck
Wonderful staff and experience for the summer visitors. Love Breck.
Great cute town and historic best double black spot for skiing in the state
For the summer, if you like hiking and good food when you are done, this is the place to be.
Beautiful sights and ski runs suited to a wide range of skill levels.
Very walkable town amazing restaurants and shops. Skied and all Breck staff was helpful and friendly
It was awesome,we rode the Alpine Slides and it was lots of fun!!!
Great skiing. Can be a little cold sometime, but if you dress for it it's great!
Awesome
.
Honestly Breck was a blast, me and some of my buddies came here for a ski day and it was awesome, nothing like chicago where I'm from. There were countless runs and we were barely able to get to half of them, if that. Loved the place and had no complaints about it.
Love this resort. One of the best places to ski in Colorado.
Breckenridge is just beautiful with the great views from the gondola and tons of ski in ski out accommodations.
First time skiing was a blast. Friendly staff and great runs.
Be careful of the Alpine Slide!! My family and I enjoyed our day at Breckenridge. We had a lot of fun on both the Gold Coaster and the Alpine Slide. My reason for writing this review is that my daughter and I got seriously injured going down the Alpine Slide. It's my estimation that the jacket that I had tied around my waste got caught under the small wheels of the cart you ride going down the slide. My daughter had several scrapes on her face and arms, and my arm is still scared 2 years later. My hope in writing this review is that the staff at Breckenridge would put more effort into the safety of this ride. Mine and my daughters injury's could have been prevented if they had offered helmets, elbow / knee pads, and checked better for loose clothing. We are not the only ones with this type of experience. While we were in line for the Gold Coaster a person asked me about my injury and when I explained what happened - she had said her mother was injured bad enough she had a visit to the hospital. Have Fun - But Be careful!!!
Great place to ski from beginner to advanced! Great groomed and ungroomed trails. Friendly, low key, great on mountain restaurants, copper top bar. Love the town! This has been my favorite for over 30 years!
Enjoyed the experience and all the friendly people. Beautiful sites all around.
It's Breckenridge.. but I'm spoiled by Mammoth. There's just too many runs that you have to hike too. There's still a T-bar there. My complaint isn't so much about the lifts, but the fact that they charge TOP DOLLAR to ski there, yet there's tons of room for improvement. However, their idea for improvement is a new restaurant that you can overpay for food at. Umm, I just dropped nearly $200 to ski for a few hours, why do I care about a restaurant? That's Vail though; you know the B.S.
Had a excellent time. Can walk out the door on to a ski lift. Food service and lodging were all great. Close to the town can walk in 5 min or take the shuttle for free!
lit place, look forward to more, but needs maintenance
The ressort is awesome, the snow is great. You can ski everywhere. A lot of fin.
They only had 6% of the mountain open so there was alot of people packed into a small area. We had wait over an hour for a shuttle to get the peak that was open. Then had to wait another hour to pick up our lift tickets. The people at the ticket booth could find my prepaid tickets. Once we got our lift tickets the waits for the the few lifts that where ope where almost an hour. So we only gotten to go down the mountain once.
A fun town but not the BEST mountain since most runs go to the base where there's a mix of skier abilities. Plus a lot of the runs really flatten out at the bottom. That said, still super fun and a great place to take a family.
Very nice ski resort. Lots of terrain, and we hit some good snow so no complaints there. Can definitely get a little busy on the weekends so prepare for some lines on a few of the lifts. Had a great time overall
It's nice all you see is white snow and mountains all around you. People are nice. Expensive place of course. People from all over every state here.
Spacious, great terrain for all levels. Relatively easy and free transportation
Always a pleasure visiting this place. It exudes class and quaintness concurrently. That's hard to accomplish.
Great ski place, plenty of terrain for all abilities
A beautiful place to spend the last few weeks of Summer the mountains are awesome!
I deliver their Diesel Fuel for the Snowcats & Buses
Staff was helpful and nice, prices were incredibly high.
Great place! Lots of stuff open early this season. Always have a good time here!
Great ski resort. Lots of challenging terrain for every ability. Town is very nice.
Breckenridge is definitely one of the top tier resorts of Colorado. 5 interconnected mountains offer the perfect terrain regardless of your ability. From magic carpet learning areas to Double Diamond EX runs, you're sure to find your perfect adrenaline match.
Breck boasts the tallest lift in North America, the Imperial lift, at 12,840 ft elevation. From there you'll find breathtaking views and exhilarating expert runs.
With a superior annual snowfall, Breckenridge also boasts one of the longest seasons in the state.
One very important feature of Breck is that almost all of their lifts are new high speed detachables, making the lines shorter and giving you more time on the slopes.
Safety is also a top priority of the resort. Every piece of equipment you'll find, from the lifts to the lodges, is clearly well maintained. You'll also notice a plethora of Yellow Jackets and Ski Patrol constantly circulating the resort helping to ensure the safety of all guests.
Finally the customer service at Breckenridge is always top notch, from the lift operators to the restaurant employees, the staff always seems more than ready to help.
Light snow cover, but diversity of terrain makes up for it. Still worth a day on the mountain
Closing day at Breck was fun. A lot of the lifts had been closed for the season to save money so the lines were a bit long in some places. Snow got slushy at the end of the day so we watched the pond skim competition, super cool event. I dislike paying for parking so I would probably choose keystone or abasin over Breck on a day when all resorts are open.
Good pow and some nice bowls if you can beat the bottom lines
Lots of terrain. No midweek lift lines. Very windy...asked a local and he indicated this is normal.
It was a very beautiful ski resort it is very crowded obviously this time of year but even with the number of people there it was beautiful. There was tons of snow it snowed every day we were there for the weekend.the restaurant and bar were extremely crowded obviously for a weekend if you going to Breckenridge it's better to go during the week but even with the number of people there they move people pretty fast on the lifts and the gondolas.
What God created is beautiful up here, and what people created, makes it that much more enjoyable, especially Lift 6 (Kensho Superchair) and it's wonderful Ski runs. Very happy to have experienced it a few years now.
Runs and lifts in great shape. Runs available for every skill level, people are always great here.
I was here in the summer months and it was beautiful. I will definitely be back again and hopefully next time during the winter.
We went over Thanksgiving this year. Not enough snow to have much open, but it was still a great time.
Gradient is perfect for me to do both ski and board in a day. People are nice too.
At times crowded on the easier slopes but lots of anchorage to get away from the crowds.
Tried to give 0 stars for dishonesty at check out!!! Stopped in ULLR Cafe to buy WATER bottles and paid by credit card which receipt showed total of $23.01 and then credit of $23.01......went to see my credit card statement and Jenna S had added a $4.60 tip - beware !!!
I learned to ski here, and I still like to go here.
The staff is friendly, and Peak 10, 9 & 8 are not that crowded most of the time.
I recommend skiing there during early spring, where you get the most powder.
The main flaw with Breckenridge is that the prices are a bit high.
While it is one of my favorites I have to give it 4 stars due to the price. Vail resorts keeps acquiring new properties and keeps raising the price every year. While I love the experience here I will most likely just wait for people from out of town to come and visit me before dropping this kind of cash. In the meantime there are resorts that are more local to my location I'd rather go to than brave I-70.
This place sucks. If you plan a vacation and look forward to go skiing just hope that when the "reservations days" open up the day you were going is available.. they sale you the ticket but it doesn't secure your spot. They just want your More
My first time using this resort, it was beautiful, well oganized, clean shopping close buy. Restaurant over priced. Very few activities for young children in the downtown area.
Looked nice although we were here in September and had no snow. The gondola ride was free today so we took the ride up. They have alpine slides, putt-putt, bungee trampolines, a maze and you can bring your bike up to ride the trails down. There is a restaurant and bar at the main site.
I went (this time) to attend the Big Beers, Belgians and Barleywine festival and educational seminars. One of the top 10 events in the nation and held in one of the nicest and unique towns in Colorado. Oh, yes, there were many people skiing and snowboarding...everyone was having a good time...the fresh powder put smiles on many faces.
