Good snow for November. Windy as always, but overall great ski day
Amazing views and great facilities. So many options.
Beautiful/comfortable unit, nice view of the peaks, heated car garage. Roomy and well appointed.
For early season, great conditions. Short lines and liftees keep the ramps groomed for easy on and off-boarding. Excellent selection of food, drink, and patios.
I love the skiing at Breck and the various terrain on each peak. Food on the mountain is the typical Vail Resorts offerings: decent quality and variety but overpriced like crazy. I find the crowd at Breck to be very pleasant. The short hikes to extreme terrain are nice and the runs are some seriously fun skiing. Definitely one of my favorites.
It's November and the conditions are amazing for this time of year! Emperial lift open!! Get out there and be somebody! Thanks to all the staff for always delivering an excellent experience!
Awesome place to visit year around. We have a second home here and love the summer as much as the winter.
Well maintained and groomed terrain. Friendly staff.
After you make reservation with them it doesn't matter what happens in your life, if you can make the trip you loose the money they will not cancel for you or rebook for a different time. When I finally got to the lodge I stood there for 25mins no one asked anything at all. And you have to keep on asking them for bathroom supplies .....really
Can have long lines but a wide variety of terrain. Long lift ride from gondola parking to mountain so get there earlier than planned
Great skiing with so much for everyone! Very family friendly and a lot of fun! There are beginner trails through expert and all of them are fun! Also many on mountain warming huts and lodges.
Breckenridge is one of my favorite places to visit. Perfect mix of skiing and night life. Would highly recommend a visit!
Gotta love Breck. Lot to see and do. Go to Breckfast on Airport road for some special food and service.
Breckinridge was nice in the summer, looks to be much funner in the winter. Cant wait to go back.
I have been to Breckenridge twice and absolutely loved the powder and terrain park it was nothing like Michigan has to offer. But on my second trip I ended up breaking my t7 vertabrae in my back when I fell pretty hard on one of the peaks. I was 14 at the time now I am 17 and just feel like I need to address what a great job the ski patrol did. For instance when they got to me they realized I wasn't breathing correctly and that was due to my asthma so they hooked me up on oxygen immediately after stabilizing my body. At that point I thought I was paralyzed (but I wasn't) so I was panicking and that was what induced my asthma I think. They got me into their hospital and was even able to give me an x ray on sight which is when they determined I broke my t7. So I have nothing but good things to say about the ski patrol and the people who work in the hospital on the mountain and I am very grateful for them.
Although we do not touch much snow it is an excellent place to ski
Prq is like a colonial town, that reminds me of where I am from
Fun town with lots of places to eat good food and good skiing
I love the terrain here. Each peak offers something different!
Has everything you could ever want in a resort. Very well maintained with options for all levels of riders.
Love skiing here. One of the largest ski resorts in the country with terrain that satisfies everyone from a beginner to an expert.
Got to the ticket line for the alpine slide at 3:30 on a summer day. Slide closes a ttb 4 and they had already closed. Keep in mind that it stays light until 8:00. Pathetic
Kind of disappointed how much lift tickets are. I wish they would make the profit info public. They have to pay the forest service but that amount is a drop of the overall expense.
The ski patrol have way too big of heads. Barney Fife mentality. People are here to ski and have fun. No need to be jerks to the customer.
Overall the mountain and amenities are nice but food is stupid expensive, ski patrol are big headed, and lift tickets are expensive just so you can stand on long lift lines.
I love the town. The skiing is good if you don't try to move between the peaks.
Simply put, Breckenridge is a great area with skiing to suit everyone. The recent addition of Peak 6 has enhanced the resort's offerings of steep and challenging terrain.
Big open mountain, tons of terrain, windy. Lots of trees to get lost in for a good time.
Decent time here, wish the Blues were faster and steeper, they were more simillar to east-coast resorts but much longer, only really boarded half the mountain though it's HUGE! I'd be willing to come back. Lift prices are EXPENSIVE!
Great experience but don't expect it to be inexpensive. Lift tickets were $179 a day and a bowl of chili in the restaurant on the mountain was $16. It was crowded in February but no wait on the lift line was longer than 20 or 30 minutes and many times there was no line at all. I love the quaint town and there are plenty of cannabis dispensaries if you are into that. I will go back as often as possible.
Nice being in the mountains for a change. Had cool weather but also a little rain.
A very nice family-oriented vacation. It's not inexpensive, so bring what you need (goggles, sunscreen etc.) because it's all twice as much there. If you pack smart it's a wonderful place.
There is no 20% credit from last year. It is a discount % based on what pass you buy to further jack their customers. Think ill sit this year out.
Loved it it was off season but was still a neat place to go see
Great resort featuring 4 peaks to explore you can spend a few days here and still not run out of terrain. You can take the gondola from the base if one peak to another or in to town for lunch. The town here is incredible also great shops and cafes. Parking can be a challenge so get here early!
Too expensive. Other resorts are just as good or a lot less money. Parking is excessively expensive.
Really great slopes went to take lessons as a first time skier and had a really good time my instructor was Evan Castellano he was really patient
Best snowboarding I've ever done. Drove all the way from Buffalo NY and would do it again in a heartbeat.
Lots of great terrain choices and a very cool town.
Love this place. Skied several times. Great area. Great shopping. Great variety of dines.
Beautifully located in the Eastern Rockies, less than 2 hours west of Denver, Brackenridge is an ideal location for both winter and summer activities. There is so much to do... besides the normal downhill and cross country skiing, you can hike to scenic mountain top lakes, ride bikes on trails and throughout the town, go white water rafting, zip lin, via feretta, visit hot springs, travel across the continental divide, and visit many of our national parks. Breckenridge will not disappoint!
The Disneyland of ski resorts. Even on a busy Saturday it was a wonderful experience and the staff there are top notch. Runs are well groomed and obstacles are clearly marked. Easy bunny hills to extreme terrain that you have to hike to. Expensive for a 1 day ticket but they have different discounts including for military personnel. Would recommend it.
I guess this place is too rich for my blood. My family was wasting time in Breckenridge and decided to take the free lift up to the resort. It's very nice. Once we arrive we discovered their prices and packages. Wow... $89 per person for their all access pass. Okay that's fine... We weren't looking to do everything there, just a few.
So we looked at a scenic ski lift ride that takes you even higher to a resteraunt on the sumit. $21 a person... To ride a ski lift.. That's take you to a place to spend more money on food. I can't justify that kinda money for something so simple as a ski lift.
My son really wanted to do a bounce house. $13 to bounce. Now this is no special bounce house... It's no bounce mansion, it's literally what you picture in your head when you think of the basic bounce house. $13 for that
Now some of you will say I'm a cheapo depot, and that's fine. Some folks can probably see these prices and not bat an eye. I just write this simple review to warn you.... Your fun at the resort is at a high cost.
Had a wonderful time, the gondola to peak 8 was so relaxing. The views throughout are breathtaking. Enjoyed a Hot Cocoa Kiss at the Tbar up there. Definitely a "must" if you're in the area.
It is always crowded.
When you order a bagel they dont even provide papper plates. You have to manage with a napkin.
Very big ski resort with lots of amenities. Great place for a vacation. High elevation so snow is usually great.
Loved this place. Visited in the summer, still got to see snow on the mountains! We escaped the Oklahoma heat, and enjoyed the temperature there too.
awesome skiing and terrain. $$$$$$$$$$$ lift tickets
When the crowds are gone this is Colorado finest. Peak 10 is sic
Large ski resort with huge network of lifts and runs. Huge parking lot (North and south) by the gondola charged 5 bucks to park. The 4 peaks 7,8,9 and 10 are all connected to each other. Try and eat off the resort in the high street if you can. We found a great little Vietnamese restaurant the other side of the bridge from the gondola.
This is a must see for yourself... Views are great... and the Location to all activities is a major plus ... The accomodations are excellent...
Horrible service. The people who worked were very rude. They were more to treat people of higher class than dealing with people of the middle and lower class people. Not a recommendation if you decide to stay for food services.
Breck has great terrain, but has been ruined by the hoards of front range weekend warriors.
A bad day skiing in Colorado is still a pretty good day. I gave 2 stars because the lift ticket prices have doubled in price in 5 years while there have been no improvements in value. Half the lower runs were never groomed. The lift lines were very long so you pay high lift ticket prices to stand around waiting. The skiing has always been phenomenal, but without obvious improvements in value, the only reason for doubling lift ticket prices is Vail resorts greed.
From Vail to Breck, my mind was blown away. Wide runs, too much terrains, bowls are humongous. Thanks Epic pass I experience the real snowboarding.
Pleasant little town and a nice place to relax and enjoy the winter sports.
