V& M Rental Company Review

I have rented numerous pieces of equipment from V&M and have had a great experience with them. I will continue to use them for all my personal and business needs for equipment rental.

I ve gone to them for snow blower and lawn mower tune ups, as well as buying my latest mower and renting some equipment. Always friendly and knowledgeable with the gear. Reasonable prices too!

Absolute terrible service and integrity...told me when I dropped my chainsaw off it would be 10 days to 2 weeks but could be earlier...I called after 2 weeks after not hearing anything from them and they said it would be another 10 days to 2 weeks and that I had 8- 10 people in front of me.....I called after a week and Dennis told me I had 8- 10 people in front me again...He denied telling me what they had previously gave me in terms of a time frame so after my saw has sat there now for 3 weeks i am going to pick it up with no work being done on it.

Terrible customer service. Over a month waiting for my back pack blower to be fixed and finally call again today and find out parts are still not in. I picked the blower up and took it to another shop and while unloading it noticed water coming out of the base and realized all the bolt heads on one side were rusted pretty badly. This unit is always stored inside. I take good care of my tools and care about their condition. I called and asked for the owner to call me back and then Chris the owner tells me that hey don't have the space to store inside. The conversation went back and forth and I used plenty of swear words and have zero regrets to what I said. Customers who use this place be aware that your stuff sits outside under a tent and it is not weather tight. So if you care about the condition of the expensive power tools you own beware. And it was like pulling teeth to get info on when my machine would be fixed. The counter guy Dennis has to be pushed real hard on the phone to get him to call the distributor and get a confirmation my part shipped. And then 2 pus weeks later it still wasn't in. I know of one other customer who has a similar experience last fall. Chris, the response you should have given me was "I apologize and we will put a sign up or notify customers there stuff won't be kept out of the weather. Not give me excuses and BD and then try and blame the pandemic.

I have had both my snow blower and lawn mower serviced at V & M recently. Great service and my equipment was working like new again. Definitely recommend this place.

I have been renting equipment from V&M for years. From excavators and skid steers down to tile saws and flooring nailers, they have always had the equipment I needed to complete my jobs. Chris has always been helpful and knowledgeable with his guidance and recommendations. I will continue to rent my equipment here whenever I need it.

Excellent service and wide range of equipment rentals for any job. These guys service my mower, snowblower, and generator. It's my go-to spot for rental equipment for my weekend projects around the house/yard. Also- the guys there are always very knowledge and so easy to work with. Highly recommend V&M

I've rented an excavator twice from V&M on behalf of the New England Mtn Bike Assoc. They extended a great price to support our non-profit trail work, and provided great support while we had the machine. We'll be renting from V&M again next season.
