They we diligent about details of my part needs.

Worst Customer service I have had, ordered trailer parts and after a week later they had not been shipped. after not receiving replies to emails called Debbie, who lied to me saying the part had been shipped and would email me ASAP with the shipping details. after waiting with no email from Debbie, Called again and spoke to someone else who then said parts hadn't been shipped and they were to busy to ship my parts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Spoke with Larry on a 2002/2003 boat trailer I was having issues with. He was very helpful in recommending me a replacement hitch for my broken and outdated current one. Thanks Larry! I wish you guys the best of luck and I appreciate you taking the time to assist me with my issue.

VM Boat Trailers advertises 5 yr warranty on their products. Without a doubt they sure do! It is rare to find a company that is going to have your best interest these days. I had a problem with the master cylinder/actuator assembly made by Dexter Marine leaking. Debbie at VM Boat Trailers is an excellent asset to VM Trailers. She personally took my case and shot it up to the top manager at Dexter Marine to resolve my issue. She went so far to gaurantee their warranty was as advertised she comped what Dexter Marine wouldnt cover. Debbie and VM Trailers has excellent follow up and customer service! Buy from VM Boat trailers...you will be happy Gauranteed!
