Needs more shade for the fans. It shouldn't be that hard.

Love the US Open. It's always quite busy there (food venues in particular) but it's to be expected. Love the new roof. Noise is not that bad but it is an adjustment.

Excellent place for tennis lovers is that it does all years, but you can also know the park because there is a skating rink, on ice and it is open 12 months of the year, so there is a museum that shows all the county of new York BRONX and, BROOCKYN and QUEENS, MANHATTAN, and STATE ISLANG,
So good in summer you can go for a walk with the family playing and roasting or grilling, very nice is the place, there is a giant sphere and a wheels of the iron fair very nice

Great place to be.. get the ground pass and enjoy the open seating...

Great for fan with new improved ground courts and food. New parking arrangements were less convenient than the Citi field parking.

Us open was wonderful. Expensive but great. Tons to see.

Got to see both Nadal and Serena play. Absolutely loved the experience. The updates to the grounds was nice. There was a lot to do.

Its tennis paradise in Queens. Enjoyed the food options this year and the infrastructure improvements of late (more restaurants, upgraded venues, better wifi etc) are super. Parking is always a challenge. Parking shuttles claim to be continuously running, but they need to roll more often. Would be nice to provide a bus option for accessing the South and West gates from subway/train/orange packing areas.

Enjoyed the match very much. Well maintained placed. Rain ruined some matches. We were able to watch good game in indoor stadium.

It is a place where you can see the best tennis players in the world. Many courts. And free practice days before the official tournament.

Another great year at the US Open. The newly arranged grounds are fabulous.

As a worker here . I Meet So Many Wonderful Guest & Have the most outstanding mornings and afternoons with my fellow coworkers. Everyone is so Kind & Helpful. I Would recommend anyone to visit The US OPEN

Best tennis tournament in the world.
The atmosphere is uplifting and fun. Expensive experience if you enjoy playing or watching tennis, but worthy.

I love coming here but only before the US open when it's free, even though I'm not going to lie I purchased grounds only pass for the women's finals and it was a blast

New structures and courts! Organized. Clean. Great place to spend the entire day!

Great place to see tennis at a cost. Parking is $25 and is a long walk from the center. Despite huge crowds, place is very clean. Lots of different courts to visit to watch matches up close. Biggest matches take place on Ashe and Armstrong.

Awesome tennis venue with loads of matches on opening day of the Open. Lots of friends, too.

Event capable, just pick a location on the grounds and you can rent it, when it's not being used for tennis.

You can take Line 7 from Manhattan in one. Finals Semifinals are crowded. Especially night sessions are crowded and toilets are in a long line. Food is expensive everywhere. Tickets are cheap on weekday day sessions, and you can see the game of famous Doubles players on the Grand Court. A very fun competition.

Very nice facility. My son is taking tennis lesson here and coaches are very enthusiastic and nice and friendly.

Spectacular US Open organization, great facilities. I do not put 5 stars because in the matter of food and drink restoration, have gone with the prices, a little expensive.

Lots of tennis action on multiple courts for the US Open

It is becoming more like a soccer stadium. The crowd have no respect for eachother or the game. Parking is an after thought. The stadium is great and the food gets better every year. It's not what it once was.

Great venue! A must visit if you can be lucky to score tix to the US OPEN! Grounds are spotless, well organized. If you go during the day, it can get hot. A nighttime visit is more ideal. Seeing Serena Williams win the U.S. open was truly priceless!

An amazing place to visit if one is in New York. Through metro line 7 one arrives very fast from Manhattan. The facilities are spacious and with a lot for tennis lovers.

Best tennis seen at Louis Armstrong and Grandstand seating.

Getting to and from the tennis centre is surprising easy. The organization of the tournament is top notch as well. The only issue I have is with Arthur Ashe Stadium - it is way too large to have any atmosphere and if you're on the second level you can't really see the players.

The US Open is a must see for any tennis fan... Go with a day pass on the outer courts and you won't be disappointed.

It was pouring rain but we were dry, dry, dry. Having been to a number of Rainer our days in the past the roof is a great addition. It s a great day out and everyone should get out to the tennis at least once.

Was there for the arthur ashe kids day. Families, friends, and fans were all there to support the event. Just loved it. The experience was awesome.

Nice place to visit , go for a walk and take the kids to ride there bikes or scooters.

The home of the US Open since 1968! And every year the USTA adds something new & exciting year in & year out for the fans, player's, and employees! My family and I have a tradition that we go every year for Arthur Ashe Kid's Day & Opening Night session for 5 consecutive years & counting

This place was closed from inside but looks amazing from outside. All US open held here and they are making new tennis courts.

Great structure. Everything surprising! All very well signaled to leave the mark on this incredible event. Several games happening at the same time. Plenty of food offered, but avoid traditional meal times (lunch and dinner). Take the subway as access is easier.

Fun way to spend Labor Day weekend, watching the pros play the last major of the year. Excellent facility, talent, and atmosphere.

Great tennis center with the beautiful modern Arthur Ashe & Louis Armstrong stadiums. There are lots of good food options and plenty of seats in the open air food court. Don't forget to go to the practice courts to watch the pros warm up (P 1-5).

Have to walk long distance from metro, prices are astronomical

A bit of a hike but worth the court quality and price.

It's a great place to ride a bike, play tennis and get to know people. Big park and great outdoors.

The US Open campus is an amazing place to watch tennis.

About 20 minutes from Manhattan if you take the LIRR.

The NTC indoor facilities at USTA Billie Jean King: You always feel like in family ambient. The Facilities are great. The only thing that they are failing is the cleaning process to courts, it seems like they don't vacuum it very often. It looks very dusty.

Suitable for young people on weekends, watching a game is too exciting.
