Unfortunately not professional. I called the Indian woman advisor to get help about my opt, she was very rude and not helpful I don t know who hire this un education woman and gave her advisor title!!! We paying a lot of money, we deserve better service than this trash!!

sometimes the waiting times for some sigantures is very long. somitmes 2-4 weeks. a travel signature should be done in a couple of days :)

I made an appointment to speak to an advisor requesting opt information. When I didn t understand something, I try to ask again and she gave me an attitude. When I said thank you, she didn t say anything back and literally hung up the call on me. We paid a large amount of tuition and this is not the respond we should get back. Re-asking question=attitude, thank you=hung up on my call, this is so awful and unprofessional. Leaving a really bad impression.
-5 star actually, totally unprofessional. I made an appointment with a OPT Advisor , who is a Asian lady. I don t know who give this lady this title, because she know nothing and with bad attitude, I have some questions about my OPT, her answer is go home and read instruction online . So if everyone can understand that instruction why we need you work here? Anyway, -5star. USC, you really need to do some investigation and fire some useless people to cut your cost
