They ruined my credit score for 7-10 years, putting me in a particularly inconvenient position as a recent USC MBA graduate. I received a notification from Credit Karma saying my score had changed, and when I logged in I saw that it was from USC sending two medical bills I never even knew about to a collections agency.

After speaking with the collections agency and USC, they say USC sent the two bills to an address I had since moved from. When I asked why they didn't call, they said they did, so I asked them what number they called. It was off by a number because someone didn't input it correctly.

The result? Not one, but TWO derogatory remarks on my credit score because they submitted TWO bills that I never knew about to the collections agency. These bills totaled less than $500: clearly not something I'm dodging.

I asked both if they could do anything about removing the derogatory remarks and they just said they tried contacting me, and they can't do anything about it. Way to set your graduating students out on a good path, USC.

The vaccine office doesn't care about your time. Be ready to wait for more than 30 mins even you are the only one in the Clinic. Cuz the nurses will be taking a walk/ being out of the Clinic during operating hours.

Front office staff will not allow you to check into your appointment even if you are 5 minutes late, despite having to wait over 30 minutes for care on average even when you re on time. They also make claims about full appointment schedules when walk-ins are given space and other appointments are available. Terrible.

This facility sucks, they literally forgot about me while I was bleeding profusely from an almost severed finger. Had to wait 50 mins for a to even be put in a room and another 40 for a doctor to show up. The doctor stitched me up then admitted that he couldn t see anything without his glasses and needed to take out the stitches and try again.

Waiting times for counselors are insane. I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment, so I asked for off-campus referrals. After two weeks of emailing these doctors I was referred to, I find out that none of them are open to seeing new patients.

Staff is nice, but the logistics of this facility are horrible!!! First of all: how can there be no walk ins? If I suddenly fall sick and start throwing up, why do I have to wait for an appointment? Secondly, why are they closed during the holidays? Can t I fall sick during the holidays? Lastly, why won t they prescribe anything that actually help?? By being too cautious all they did was extend the duration of my sickness and even worse: I got all my friends sick.

Nice health center for students. They have many services that the community can access as well. I use the dentist there and they are top notch practitioners. Unfortunately they are not open 24 hours a day even though the students attend the school 24 hours a day.

Unless you're a massive hypochondriac, no one really wants to visit the Health Center until absolutely necessary. Still, the staff here are excellent. I've been in for a suspected fracture, food poisoning and a mandatory tuberculosis test, and everyone I encountered has been consistently kind and extremely good at their jobs. I experienced the most painless blood drawing in my life here.

Beyond horrible experience. You are only allowed to see doctors off campus unless it s during holidays. Otherwise, you are stuck waiting until a room or a doctor is available for at least 3 hours.Getting health insurance with USC is not worth the hassle. I m sick and instead of being in and out of a doctors office I have to be sitting here waiting for hours when I d rather be home resting.

No walk in hours! I went there I was very sick and they offer me an appointment for the next day. I told them what if I die during this time they said they still can t help me. This make the service useless. They charge us money every semester for no service. I was going to report them to the president office but I am still sick I can t do it now

By far the worst service I ve ever experienced in my life. Had to wait over an hour and a half after already being brought back to the doctors office for a doctor to actually see me. Absolutely absurd. Would rather stay sick than come here again.

Staff was pretty nice. However, receptionists were both busy while I was trying to schedule an appointment. Appointment times were not reasonable as I could only make an appointment 24 hours in advance. Website for making the appointment did not work.

Couple negatives to start of with. No Walk-Ins. Reception on the second floor seem like they can't be bothered.

Other than that, I have had a great experience here every single time! It's usually easy to get appointments easily and quickly. Doctors seem very competent and caring. Frequently, I will get test results within 24 hours which is a lot faster than any place I've gone to previously.

I have been treated so well at the health center, even though everyone is very efficient. Thanking everyone on staff for their kindness and conscientiousness during a terrible time in public health. Thank you all for what you do!
