The staff at the USC Career Center are all really friendly and helpful. There is an abundance of resources available at the Career Center, and the counselors are especially helpful. I've had several advising appointments during which they've helped me perfect my resume and write multiple cover letters.
This is a great resource for all USC students. The employees are very helpful in reviewing resumes, cover letters, or just gaining valuable information on your career future! I encourage all USC students to at least check it out once.

Great service, helped me land several internships! Every counselor I've had an appointment with has given me great advice and aided me in several professional endeavors. Staff is friendly and eager to help and I've never had any issues with scheduling, rudeness, or lack of resources. Would highly recommend students and employers take advantage of the Career Center!

Six months after graduating I still didn't have a job, despite getting several interviews. At the urging of my parents, I went to the USC Career Center for a mock interview. First of all, the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating while I waited. Then I went in to speak with Jen and she sat with me for over an hour, going through networking strategies, how to present my resume, and things to bring up during interviews. The next week, I had an interview and now I'm working in my dream job. I'm so glad I listened to my parents and went in to the Career Center when I did. Definitely recommend these guys!
Last semester, I went in to have my resume reviewed and I received insightful tips and information. The employees in the front desk were super helpful throughout my checking in process. To this day, I use the information the advisor gave me when updating my resume and helping friends out with their own.
The USC Career Center is a great resource on campus to build your career/professional skills. They hold a variety of career events for a variety of majors and professions. I have used their drop-in hours a lot throughout my time at USC. I am always greeted nicely by the front desk staff and all the advisors I have met with have been incredibly helpful in critiquing my cover letters/resumes.
Office was cluttered and messy. I offered a good morning to everyone but was not acknowledged. Rude and distant employees.
I would not recommend working for this department.
The USC Career Center offers amazing support with resumes and the counselors are all super approachable! I come to the Info Sessions all the time and the student workers are really friendly as well!!!
