Not good. They don t know what s happening. Don t answer, and don t give valid info.

Waited in queue to activate a prescription for 30 mins before reaching number 3 in queue before being disconnected. Second wait was even longer. I am now number 3 again and fully expect to be disconnected again. I will just show up at the pharmacy to activate. Very poor customer service.

20 minutes on hold, don't bother calling this place they'll never pick up.
