Good company to work for. If you are someone who comes to work everyday and does their best for the company, you will do great here. There are plenty of opportunities for hard workers. The people working for USA DeBusk are good, friendly folks. Our leadership team works to be transparent and diligent in the pursuit of excellence/growth.
Honesty and not beating around the bush. I worked in two branches. Port Lavaca and Deer Park. This is a job for people who want to move up. If you expect to always do the bare minimum you just put more work on other workers. You will get your hard hat dirty, and expect that from being a tech to even a branch manager in some cases. Unfortunately they have crew leaders who are lazy and you have to work even harder. In my opinion it is a team effort between all supervisor, crew leader, and tech(s). Everyone always wants to blame the tech but at the end of the day, the work done by tech will always be the reflection of the crew leader, supervisor, branch manager and ultimately Andrew Debusk. That is how I atleast saw it but a lot of guys don t perceive it that way. As far as management, it was more of a great experience thanks to John Q who was understanding and help mitigate my problems.
Overall management does not do their job. Paperwork is missing, or failed to be filed out properly.
Not to bad of place to work at !,Most of the staff is friendly ! Just have to wait n see how it turns out for me ! The Supervisors that I'm working w r Great !

Saturday morning, May 9th, 8:55 A.M, I-20 West just outside Birmingham Alabama. Black male driving truck 20509 with trailer 10606 does NOT need to be driving a truck hauling such heavy machinery on a trailer tail-gating just about anyone who is in front of him especially after passing an Alabama State trooper going 65 in a 45.
