The Worst company I ever worked for.Discrimination because your not from India, coworkers management and even Human Resources.The training was so basic meaning I ll train you when I need you to know how to do it.We worked 12 hour days to even coming on weekends and Mangment meaning plant manager and floor supervisors would force the packers and operators to come early and stay late.The Plant manger , and department supervisors and team leads are all from another company that went under and once one got in they all came aboard one mechanic and quality assurance also.So if your looking for stable work it s not going to happen here,they rather use temps Instead,of hiring american workers or citizens so they can abuse you to you quit or get fired.They actually let me go because I would not falsely sign documents that s against FDA regulations I have standards and so should you. P.S. I have the documents they wanted me to forge and the complaints the plant manger made me right to start a spat between supervision and myself.
