-5 stars. Literally the WORST agency and this is my first one. I turn timesheets in at least a week before processing and constantly get an issue with not being reimbursed on time. Payroll acts very nonchalant about it which INFURIATES me. My supervisor is IGNORANT and throws a hissy fit when having to do her job and clearly still doesn t do it. I am current looking for a lawyer to go to. I can t take this any longer....

I ve worked for this agency for 4 years. It was great in the beginning. Unfortunately, the new staff that are there are very unprofessional and rude. The standards have gone down tremendously. Staff isn t caring like they used to be. They are all about a dollar now and will pull you off a case whenever they feel like it. Unfortunately, I would no longer recommend this agency.

If anything, work for DELTA-T (Atleast they pay you on time and they care for their contractors) USMEDICAL IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK. Cant wait for them to get hit with a CLASS action LAWSUIT. I haven t been paid on time in the last 5 weeks. It s always an issue and I submit my timesheets on time. The office coordinators don t care I complained to the CEO Eric Matzkin and he brushed me off. I have accrued late fees and late charges because I haven t been paid in a timely manner. Payroll barely answers and they tell you not to come up there because it s nothing they can do.

Its all about how many ppl you bring in they make you pay for clearances and won't even use you. They make up policy as they go along. And its all who Cyndi likes its favoritism. Don't waste your money or time place is joke

They only call you and reply when they need coverage. Once you are on the job/site no one answers your calls or replys to your e-mails. Very unprofessional and very rude contact people!
