By far the best company I've worked for. They take an actual interest in employees and give props when they are due. Very relaxed work environment and easy going. Monday is pizza day that they supply and Friday is jeans day.. where else can you get that from?!?

I can see why the employees' love working here. I would too if I didn't have to actually do any work and got free pizza and could dress casually. As a provider they are horrible when it comes to paying for services for patients'. Lies, saying it's "in the mail" shady billing practices'. I have had to contact the vice president in order to receive payment for services rendered and yet it continues. Our practice is currently reporting this company to the OIG, MC, MCD and the New York insurance board. Absolutely the worst. It's not worth being in network with this company since they never actually PAY!!
Pathetic service. If you call here be prepared to be on hold for at least 4 minutes before you get to speak to an actual human being. I was on hold for over 9 minutes once. I told this company to not contact me ever again.
I can tell you that I remember thinking just a few days into training that it was a wonder that more people weren't working there. This little hidden gem in Tampa is probably the best place I've ever worked at. It's great to see a company that genuinely cares about their employees and wants to see them succeed, opportunities are plenty and recognition is constant and sincere. If you're looking for a call center job in the healthcare field that pays well and is rewarding in and of itself, then this place is it. I love it here and I can say that honestly and frankly; and to add more on top of all of the really great things that this place is, they do a lot to boost employee morale, free lunches on Mondays, jeans on Friday and a benefits package that is excellent to boot.
I ve been working with this company for 3 years. It s located in Tampa. They have great pay and great benefits (medical,life insurance, 401k etc.) They also like to promote within the company so there is always opportunities for advancement. Operating hours are 8:30am-7pm and there are different 8 hour shifts to chose from. Closed weekends and all major holidays. It s a customer service call center that focuses on helping it s members save money on their medical exams. I personally love my job and knowing we are truly helping people. The management is great and ensures all employees are recognized for their hard work. I really enjoy working with people who all work as a team and are always willing to help each other succeed. It s one of the best company s I ve worked for.

DO NOT LET THEM SCHEDULE YOUR EXAM! My insurance has a deal with this company so that any radiology services are supposed to be discounted if I go through them. However, this has been a nightmare for my billing. My appointment was back in April and my bill still hasn't been cleared up because of this super shady company. My insurance sent them a check in April that they cashed immediately. However, the office that provided the actual service has not received any payment from them. They're a total scam. If they call you wanting to set up an appointment for you, just tell them no and go through your own doctor's office. It will save you money and a huge headache. When I tried to call them about my issue, they were not polite or friendly and they certainly did not explain it clearly. Furthermore, I think they're straight up lying.
Every 6th months for the past 4 years I've needed to use this company to assist with scheduling appointments. Every 6th months it's a frustrating experience. Every 6th months my appointments get scheduled when I'm literally down to the wire and there are no appointments left at a facility near my job. I wish I could just schedule my own appointments. There is no point to this institution other then causing unneeded stress and frustration. This month takes the cake in my frustration level.
I love working here. They pay well and are a great up and coming company. Alka and Tom the hiring managers are really nice and down to earth. Rick the training manager knows his stuff and makes learning easy and fun. Plus free pizza on Mondays and Jeans on Fridays. :0) *Happy Employee*
