Scam, Scam, Scam... Do NOT use this company. They can take your money in less than 24 hours, but takes 21+ days for a refund. They only pay $100 toward a $250 Dr. bill, $35 toward $400 labs, and they charge $400 for their 'insurance' per month and you are limited to 6 PCP visits a year. You will still have to pay upfront at your Dr. visit. They provide you with a 'letter' that tells the Dr. office how to bill the insurance company, but it does not mean a thing to the Dr.'s office. This whole company is a JOKE. But, feel free to waste your money.

These people spammed me beyond anything I've ever experienced. I remember them calling me nine times in one day. I told them I couldn't talk but had plenty of time to pick out health insurance another day. I'm glad I wasn't in a rush to work with them because their true colors came out swiftly.

The best thing about the company is the customer service reps are very helpful. That s where the compliments end. I feel conned by the insurance rep I spoke with by the name of Jamie. A lot of fine print with that. Canceling my plan was the best thing ever. Wish I would have done it sooner.

Total Scam. I purchased a policy from here and they wouldn't cover a single thing. They lied to me on my face when I purchased a policy, they said, it would cover 100% on everything except a surgery. But, when I went to the ER for a check up for a leg pain, the coverage was denied when they run the insurance at the hospital. When I asked for a refund, they wouldn't refund me as well or pickup my call. This is a total scam.

Run! Do not walk away! The coverage is poor; the premiums are high. I have been waiting on my refund of premiums paid over 3 months after canceling . A complete legalized scam. I am filing report with insurance commissioner as well as consulting with insurance attorney. I have never had a worse experience ever.

I was almost sold UNTIL I read these reviews! JUST SAY NO!! This company seems legit and had stars in our eyes until the end of our call. They need your bank account number to verify you have the money to pay for the insurance but promised not to charge until you're approved. I gave them a credit card instead because I felt uneasy about it. 8% charge for 1st month. We read these reviews a little late and I had to cancel our credit card.They want you to add something to your phone to make sure the numbers they call from will not be marked as SPAM. Reading these reviews SAVED ME A TON OF HEADACHE! THEY are very convincing that this insurance is the next big thing to the industry. IF IT'S 2 GOOD 2 BE TRUE THEN IT PROBABLY IS! STAY AWAY!!!

Only giving it 2 stars so you actually read this. I feel its a SCAM based off the other reviews! Sounds great. One reviewer mentioned how he googled the names and realized it was employees posting 5 stars. I decided to do it too. I began my search with the first local guide (Because you should be able to trust local guides right? As I am a google local guide.) My first search proved right that this company has no integrity. I attached pics in case they try to remove their reviews.

I would NEVER leave a review for an insurance company (because reviews are solely meant for the hospitality industry) but I felt inclined to share. USHEALTH Group is the only option I was really comfortable putting my family on after 10 years of employer benefits. For the value of what we're getting, next to the price... it's pretty insane! I know we're safe with them

I tore my Achilles tendon back in April. Little did I know I did not have surgery on my policy. So, after calling I was told I could add surgery to my policy for an additional $975 a month. Also, I was told I would have a $3000 deductible for the surgery. I had to do it, I had no other option . Good news though-I had Accident insurance on my policy. And, if I filled out a claim form I would get $1,000 check. I immediately filed out the form and emailed it to the agent. The day of the surgery the surgical center said they had to collect the deductible. I paid them the $3k and had the surgery. Long story longer, 3 months later, I m getting bills from the doctor, anesthesiologist, etc. US Health is saying I never paid the deductible so they aren t paying that portion of the claims. Also, I never received the accident benefit. Customer service said they never received my claim. I have spent so much time on the phone with this company. The agents seem to never know what s going on with my claims, etc.. I would not recommend this insurance company. I ve never been so frustrated then I have been dealing with them.

Freedom Life is a part of US Health and doesn't cover diagnostic mammograms. I have a $1115 bill that I have to pay and you contributed $55. I pay $550 a month insurance for that?
