The company charges extra money for exchange. Did not honor what they said and it is difficult to work with customer service. Will not buy from this company again.

Great customer service. They measured our daughter's hands to give them the right grip size. I'm glad Albuquerque has a local shop instead of ordering online.

We did have to exchange once because my daughter thought she knew her size, only for it to be too small. They exchanged it for her and we did not have to pay anything nor did they give us a hard time about it.

We will always be coming back here as long as my daughter's continue to compete in gymnastics.

Very difficult company to deal with . Have had to order items from them twice. Once, we needed to exchange due to sizing, and it took them over a month to sort it out. The second time, the wristbands we ordered started falling apart after 3 uses. The company did send out a replacement pair, but have told us they will not stand behind them. I have posted honest reviews of their products on their site, and they don't show up. Order with care from a company that will not show unfavorable product reviews. Very shady! We will never order from them again. There are other options.

Perfect place to get your gymnastics grips. They have all kind of sizes and either Velcro or buckle. The prices are very reasonable. You can call or go in person to purchase and try on the grips. Highly recommend.
