Great service! Needed a PCR test for travel, the lab got our first set done well ahead of the stated schedule ("within 36 hours", done in 6 hours), which was unfortunately too early for our time of travel. We're going to a country that wants a negative PCR test within 48 hours of the first oversea segment. They redid our test and got the results to us in perfect time (also about 6 hours, but now within the window).
The technicians taking our sample for both tests were clear, courteous, efficient. I would definitely recommend this lab.
If you have a specific validity window, as we did, you may want to check that you don't get your results too soon, but that's a problem that can be fixed, as opposed to getting them too late for your departure!

We were recommended to this lab by a friend who travels and often needs the COVID-PCR test. The technician was so friendly and prepared us for taking the test which was nice since it is a little uncomfortable. The results were back in just over 6 hours--very impressive! We will definitely use this lab in the future and for other business as well. HIGHLY recommended!

Very bad company. Absolutely no customer service. They have deceptive advertising, possible fraud involved with their virus testing service (advertising one thing and then delivering another). Avoid at all costs and find a different service provider.

Friendly staff. It was very busy but she was professional and we got our covid test so we could go to the US Virgin Islands.

I have a bias opinion of this lab as I have worked here for more than 10 years now. All I can say is that I have witnessed so many success stories from patients over the years that I really feel that US BioTek deserves a 5 star rating for all the people they have helped over that last 20 years.

I have been using US Biotek for 8 years to run food sensitivity tests for my patients. The tests are easy to use, the cost is reasonable, and results come back quickly. Customer service is courteous and prompt. I have never had a problem with them. The only con is that most insurance companies will not pay for the tests, and the patient has to pay for the test up front; however, the lab will provide a receipt with the appropriate procedure code so that the patient can submit it to their insurance for reimbursement.

Me and My dad went there for covid testing today at 10am. We came and park at reserved parking, then shortly the lady came to take the sample through the nasal. i wonder why the lady who took the sample only wear face shield but no face mask ( think this can be improved to make sure all the staff wear mask so we both feel safe). The procedure were fast, she check on my dad identity, take the form, took the sample thru the nose and put into the tube and we're finish.

The result come out at 18.30pm the same day (wow super fast) ! They offer both nasal and saliva test (slightly more expensive). Overall great service ! recommended !

Horrible company. Not only do insurances hate this test, these guys are hard to work with. I have a small part ownership in 2 businesses that use this service. They patients like it. One business has fallen behind on its payments. WAY behind. The other has a huge account with them and has never been late. Because I have small ownership in both they have shut them both off. The CFO of this operation is a crazy person. He has no desire to seek a resolution. He only likes to say hurtful and angry things. If you do this test, make sure its not investigational, cause its super expensive.

They are now withholding patient labs results. These people have had their blood drawn and don't get their results. They have been told to consult the Attorney Generals office.

I would avoid this company. Its a sinking ship. There are better labs just down the street.

I took their test and apparently I'm allergic to every other food and beverage. Basically I'm a dead man walking, R.I.P.

Gives very accurate blood tests. Definitely a good place to go to check for allergies and such.

Full disclosure, I work here but I m not a shill. I hear first hand stories from doctors around the world that will attest to the quality and accuracy of our readings. I've heard of patients misdiagnosed with Alzheimer s that were actually being heavily exposed to petrochemicals and have been cured by what US BioTek s tests can show. My wife and I tested ourselves and our indigestion is all but eliminated (expect when we knowingly eat foods that are bad for us). Food is medicine and knowing how foods react in your body is fundamental to good health.

We took the covid test there, procedure was quick and easy with the result coming back after 8h and a PDF Form for traveling.

In-car COVID test was easy to schedule, performed quickly, and I had the results within 24 hours. Great experience.
