Urban Sherpa Review

On time pick up, bus got a flat tire half way to Hunter and they brought onother bus within an hour! Great overall experience, recomended!

Have used Urban Sherpa for about 4-5 snowboarding trips to Hunter and Windham. Generally, the charter buses are nicer than similar bus services offered to these mountains from NYC (I've used two competitors and now only use Sherpa). Trip leaders were always friendly and buses tend to leave early enough that you can sleep the whole way to the mountains. On a busy weekend (i.e., MLK), it is possible that the Windham bus will first stop at Hunter to drop people off (which is no fun if you're trying to get to Windham), but I only had this problem once.

Seamless travel up to the mountains. Only reason no 5 stars is I was exhausted and couldn t sleep cause of a loud group. Other than that, definitely recommend

I'm not much of a celebrity fan & my wife mostly watches Urban Sherpa Travel. The tour was fun/funny & we won a Urban Sherpa Travel zippy cup, so that was cool. You kind of get a historical tour of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills area, with brief slow downs at various locations celebrities visit. That's pretty much it. Kind of meh for me, but it may be pretty cool for you. If you want to just sit and relax for 2 hrs while getting a tour of NY add this one to the list.

Friendly staff. Good service. Bus arrived on time. Bus was a little late on departure but we called urban Sherpa to make sure we didn't miss it. Bathroom on my bus didn't have lighting (it was night time) and no hand sanitizer. But the bus driver had some on him

Buses are always on time and clean. Inexpensive way to travel and ski at Hunter or Windham for under $100.
