I ordered a table last November and i was thinking to have a brand new table on Christmas. The table came and there was a big crack on the table top so i requested them to send me a new one. The new one came 5 weeks later. The courier refused to take back the old one at that time as he said he was only in charge to send the new table top. Then i called them and told them the story but still no one came. After half year's later, today on May, they finally called me and requested to take the old one back. I could have said no. It took so long. But i still agreed as i thought running a business is not so easy after pandemic. They didnt tell me the exact time so i waited at home the whole morning. The courier finally came at 2:30pm and he wasn't happy to come up as I live at second floor. He said if the table was heavy for me to move down then it must heavy for him to collect. Then he looked at the package and said he couldn't take it as there is no number on the package. Then he left. I tried to explain to him it was not a new item. Oh, what a day ! Does the company have proper procedure of dealing this kind of thing ?
