You're on your own. You basically have to beg for help. People there are just there for a paycheck. Not the help 1 would expect.
The poverty industry is doing well - for themselves.
The turnover rate is ridiculous. The staff are terrible and do not protect their clients. It's a place that you come in and get your life together but the staff will not help you. I would never recommend this program to others, but if you're desperate go for it. FYI i would have given this organization zero stars but I couldn't.

Urban Pathways is an organization dedicated to ending homelessness in NYC. They take a housing first approach and have a very high success rate once a person has entered into their program. I would definitely consider working with Urban Pathways/participating in their programs.
I tried to get assistance from them to get a place to sleep and be able to go to my brother's in Oregon. They wanted me to go back to a shelter that refuses my computer, but accepts my cat. They also told other people in the public space of Port Authority that I had a computer. This area is full of criminals. Are they really that stupid?
Not only are they a Non-Profit that helps to House the Homeless, but they also have WONDERFUL Advocacy Meetings, twice a Month!
Oliveri did nothing at 257 w30th street an placed me on a table while I started working had no bed for two months.. Stay away from Nichole smalls she is sick in the head to have someone who was working an trying while she kept me on tables instead of a bed... Your service sucks get rid of some of your employees.Alot of people gain illnesses like ammonia an the flu.. This is not a place that find you places but keeps you to make a living for themselves.
Warning its corruption here they will lie and tell you that its nothing they can do for you and they hang up on you
