Long overdue review! I've used Urban Impact (both their shredding and cardboard /paper recycling services) for a number of years. Every staff member I've interacted with have been professional and were great to work with. They have a good team there!
Our Youth Group was chosen to be a 2018 Community Shred Partner, and were honoured to host a Shred-a-Thon on April 14th, in Coquitlam.
From the very start the Office staff were incredible easy to work with, and from the moment Danilo (Urban Impact Driver/Operator) showed up on site, his Sunny, hard working disposition was contiguous and really set the tone for the entire day. He truly has the BEST SMILE!!
We had concerns that the site would be messy, but honestly you would never know that over 3000KG of paper waste had been shredded that day, a quick sweep and we were on our way.
My only suggestions is that in the future, Urban Impact have a press Kit with photos etc available for fundraising committee can easily set up advertising etc.
Thank you again for helping our Youth raise funds for their upcoming Discipleship Trip. We are very grateful.

We have 3 providers on site and decided to contact all of them.for our move. We decided on Urban Impact as our sole provider at our new site based on their responsiveness, customer service and support. The operators are so helpful and accomodating; they won is over with thier "we can get it done for you" attitude. Thanks Jon and team.
Both the office staff and the drivers at Urban Impact are fantastic. They've gone above and beyond every single time I've needed their assistance. They offer helpful solutions and their services at a very reasonable price. I can't recommend Urban Impact enough! Give them a call - you won't regret it.

Friendly people but like most recycling places it's way to tight for large trucks. I wonder how many trucks get damaged there during the year.

They sent out a fabulous technician name Allan who assisted us with
our shredding, which was a few decades of very old files. Allan is a rock star, he was extremely professional and polite. To have this outstanding service and everything shredded right in front of you really was amazing.
Thank you to Sue, who very kindly made all of these arrangements, what a fantastic team, I am impressed with the people and service.

Dangerous and rude driver. Driver didn't give my son right of way on the sidewalk across the entrance to a community center parking lot. When I spoke to him about it later, he said it was my fault for not walking with my 9 year old son.
Office staff failed to thank me for feedback about their dangerous driver.
