I have worked with Urban Fire Protection for almost four years and my wife's business has worked with them for 15 years. The simple truth is they are trustworthy, reasonable in price, and have always been easy to work with. When I bought a business 4 years ago, the previous owner had three different people working on the various fire alarm, sprinkler system, and fire extinguishers. After meeting with all of them and letting them do their work the first year, I moved all the work to Urban Fire and have been happy ever since.
I do't know how they could improve their overall product or professionalism. Great people to do business with.
Your driver headed northbound on highway 78 around 11:15 am on 01/10/2018 almost rear ended me 3 times...then went flying around me and almost hit 2 other vehicles...driving like a idiot and changing lanes every 5 secs...i called to report this idiot to you but i guess your too busy to answer any of your phones all day...cause all i got was we are not available...figured this was a good way to get your attention if you even care...ohh by the way i have it all on dash cam footage...
Crook, stay away... From the owner to the manager and the field guy, they all work together to rip you off. They charged you $110/hr from the time they start, including their 2 hrs lunch, they will take their sweet time driving over an hour in a half from mesquite to Richardson, when it take everyone else 25 mins.... The quote they give you over the phone is Lower than everyone but they end up costing $1800 after the work is done. They will lied to you by stating that it s required by the fire dept. DO NOT BELIEVE them, be sure to check with the Fire Marshall in your area.
10 minute service call. Bill: $265. What would YOU think? The workers that showed up were polite, although one was a 'tag-along' and did NOTHING. Yes, I paid for him to simply tag along. That's NOT good customer service when you have no consideration for your customers & only making a quick buck.
I had an AC company bust my sprinkler system and needed someone to come out and repair. I called Urban Fire and they set an appointment to come out the next morning at 8 am. The rep showed up right at 8 am and was out of there w/in the hour. Very fast and friendly, great work!
