Driver failed to deliver to the drop off location, scanned it as being dropped off, and then kept the package. No help from both the Auburn location nor the corporate end of things. Very disappointed. Bob should take the time to re-establish processes with the delivery teams in these times to avoid situations such as these.
Package was forgotten in the UPS truck for the weekend by its driver.
