We've always had a great experience with UCEMC. I m thankful for their program UCEMC Cares by rounding the monthly bill to nearest dollar to help those who need it most. We enjoy their quarterly magazine; it helps to bring the community together with the interesting articles, and with the state s talent of poetry, drawing, as well as photography. When I call, the customer service is courteous and most service calls are carried out right as expected. When we had an issue, we called and spoke to someone there about situation and it was resolved with tact, promptness, and done efficiently. I m sure they face lots of pressure and can t see every situation 360, so if there s an issue, call them up instead of leaving a bad review that gets resolved anyway.
