I am a Florida resident and was in Pittsburgh for a family emergency and needed my Blood Pressure pills refilled. Urgicares would not help. My sister is a UPMC employee and recommended the Jane Street Physician Office. I was emotional and treated with the utmost respect. Every employee from front desk to the exam room were awesome. Austin the PA listened to me and I left with my prescription and respect for all in the office. I have referred them to several friends.

Called ahead of time as the website advises. Woman who picked up the phone was outright rude and almost hostile. Won't be going here, and I suggest others do the same. Go somewhere where they actually care about their patients.

I was born in South Southside Hospital, 1947 at 1:15am. I was breach, the doctor couldn't be found, and the nurse is told my mom to cross her legs like as if that was going to help. The total bill for my mom, the nursery for me for 5 days was $7.40.

The medical assistance who work there are terrific. I was impressed by their professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for the health n safety of their patients.

I recently went to UPMC Mercy Southside and was greatly impressed by the experience that I had getting a vaccine. The staff were very 'on top' of things, and, they were so friendly and professional. I let some of the staff know as I was checking out but thought I would add to it here

I ve been here several times over the summer for the walk-in clinic. I am in and out in about a half an hour every time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The clinic is clean and waiting room larger than many doctor offices. It is also an easy site to get to. I like it so much that I changed my pcp to this location.

I get the same blood tests done every three months but this location wants to charge me and my insurance company almost 300% more than what I usually pay. You have to request an itemized statement. And good luck getting anyone to answer your questions

They were the best. True angles. Got me a 30 day refill on my medication and saved me from withdrawal while I was trying to move. Front desk was super helpful. In and out pretty fast all things considered. Staff were all very kind and caring. 10/10 would recommended.

I went to mercy outpatient Southside for a covid test. From start to finish it was one of the best experiences ive had at a UPMC facility. Everyone from the security gaurds telling you where to go to the check in people and the people administering the test everyone was amazing. Everyone was kind and efficient and reassuring. Everybody knew what their job was and the whole team worked cohesively. I have gone to UPMC my whole life. I think that alot of the other departments could learn alot from how the COVID testing is being handled. I hope that they can learn from the covid testing model and use it in other aspects of their hospitals and offices. Thank you to everyone at the Southside covid testing site. You guys made my morning!
