UPD, Gauteng, service levels, especially the deliveries, are absolutely shocking and this impacts heavily on the Independent Community Pharmacy service levels. it's obvious that senior management are not interested in resolving the service levels because they do not respond to complaints. Cannot believe this shoddy service should be accepted by the profession. More focussed on their Clicks franchise
