First, I'd like to preface the review with the following information - our order was accidentally given to another customer.

That being said, the staff worked very hard to correct the issue. They were kind, up front in letting us know the status of our order (we were waiting in the restaurant), while managing all of the other patrons as well. The lady that was helping us was wonderful. She genuinely looked upset, at making a mistake (it happens!!). Honestly, it took maybe an extra 15 minutes all said, which wasn't a big deal at all. I hope she was able to move on from it, as for lack of a better term s**t happens! We're all human! Also she insisted on giving us a couple free cheesecake slices (not necessary at all, but was a kind gesture!).

Overall the service there was great, the food was absolutely worth the wait and price. My parents live in Richland and love their pasties, however this time we tried their sandwiches. All of the food we picked was great, and we're excited to go back to try another selection!

If you're in the area, absolutely stop in for breakfast lunch or even dinner.

First time here. Obviously, could only do take out, which was fine. Had kind of a decent order. Tried various things. All was good. Everyone was happy, being this was not planned at all.

Great food for a good price! They have always had my order ready in 10 minutes or less, and the employees have always been helpful and kind. I highly recommend!!

No photo to share! It was so delicious! The BBQ brisket was amazing! The gouda mac bites just awesome! And they got that good good ranch! Take a trip totally worth it! Nice portions and decent prices!

We ordered the chicken pasty and eggplant parmesan sandwich, a cream puff and a piece of chocolate cake. The food exceeded expectations, and the chef came out to make sure everything was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning soon.

It was recommended to us by friends to try this place out while passing by the area, but by God, we will be back. This food is SO GOOD! Friendly staff that offers a huge variety of cold and hot sandwiches, pasties and all the Michigan goodies to go with. Feels like I m in the U.P.! If you re teetering on the edge, let me tell you, this place will not disappoint!

We had the Hot Brisket sandwich with a side of cheesy tots and they were amazing! I wouldn't change a thing about the flavors or the service! Thank you for a great dinning experience!

Always great service and friendly employees. Some items have been hit or miss but for the most part you can t go wrong with anything here. Pasties, club sandwich, and salads are our go to s. Would highly recommend!
