Rude receptionist. Made me feel belittled. Will never come back here.

Do NOT go here to set appointments. They INFLATE work done and claim different on your scheduled appointment. They just want your money. They don t care about your health, just the business. See reviews below.

Absolutely do not come to this office terrible service, they never return phone calls, it takes 15 minutes every time just for them to answer the phone, and wait time was ridiculous I was at an appointment for over two hours. I should have trusted the other bad reviews.
If someone rates this place with good reviews they have never been to a decent pediatricians office.
Also you dont see a Doctor just a PA

#1 I asked for a referral to a pain management Dr. and was told to find one myself and they would give me the referral, that's their job not mine!!

#2 My health insurance tried to make an appointment for me today and they were told that they sent me a letter saying they would no longer see me and would not tell them the reason why, I never received any letter!!!

I would like to know why I am being charged by a visit out of nowhere when I have never been down in Fort worth this year with a provider named Kasinec. This is unacceptable and very alarming when I received a billing today. Are you guys practicing identity theft too? I'll call tomorrow since it's late but I am not very happy about this at all.
*Edit* I was contacted and informed by a gentleman that it was a mistake due to someone having the same first middle and last name...well, just glad they resolved it. So thank you.

You guys need to learn how to answer a phone. All the times I ve gone and you barely have patients so I don t understand why the last 3 times I ve called no one answers. I m just trying to schedule my 2nd covid shot, otherwise I wouldn t waste my time here more than I have to.

We would like thank UNTHSC Clinics especially Pediatrics for helping us with appointments and timely referrals. Service has improved a lot.
Yes there is a scope to reduce the wait time to answer the calls.

I am currently a patient of 1 of the doctors. Dr Wong & his staff are fantastic.They are kind mindful & always ready to answer a question or help with a prescription. I was quite loyal to Pa Edens & Pa Jacqueline Bacchus. No one has to wait very long . The staff take as much time as is needed I couldnt ask for a better Dr or better care .My prescriptions are on time & i have a print out everytime i leave. I am so happy with the care i always receive.

Expected much better from a school that exclusively provides graduate education. Worst administration I have dealt with. They added an over a hundred dollars to everyone's bill at the last moment so it wasn't covered by anyone's financial aid and everyone had to pay out of pocket. Received an F because my professor said my final paper was not submitted in an online class. Despite solid and clear documents showing the paper was completed and sent by the due date that was not disputed, the professor and department chair did not care. And much more poor behavior than can not be explained here.

Dr. Connally has been amazing. I am really going to miss having her as my PCP. Convenient services, accept insurance, nice staff.
