I wanted to order a t-shirt from one of their live sales. The live sale closed and there was an email to email someone if you wanted to order the shirt after the sale closed. I sent them an email and they refused to let me purchase the shirt. I am highly disappointed and will not be ordering from this company ever again.
I can name the people that left 5-star reviews and they all work for the company. They are just trying to boost their business rating. Read through the reviews and you will see the truth about the company and their operation.

Worked with University Tees when I was a t-shirt chair for my chapter. Absolutely love this company and the campus managers they employ. Absolutely give this company a try if you are looking for amazing custom apparel!
This company makes a point of "providing the best custom apparel experience" but that could not be further from the truth. They rip off other people's artwork and sell it as their own and have no problem sending out poorly produced products to loyal customers. The employees are incredibly rude and obviously do not care about anything other than turning a profit. Avoid this place at all costs.
Horrible Experience- We put in an order for 15 shirts. We got the order approved and the shrits came with the words backwards. We tried contacting them to let them know, not only did they not re do our order they wouldn't respond to us. We were communicating through one of their reps. The rep was communicating to the corporate office. They eventually told the rep if she brings up the issue to corporate again they will fire her.
I would not recommend using this company.
I've ordered several different shirts from the UTees shop and I love them all! Super comfy!
I placed an order on April 20 and my PayPal was charged April 23. To date, I have sent a dozen emails and left a phone message. I still do not have my T-shirt. Nobody can seem to find my order. The rep that I ve been emailing with is certainly nice and professional but completely unhelpful. I m at my wits end. I paid for a shirt and never received it. I will never order from this company again.
