Service offerings are good. I believe they are doing there best under trying circumstances

Mona gate entrance was flooded with a small amount of heavy rainfall. Small vehicle drivers, be careful when it rains.

The best university in jamaica or even the entire Caribbean because people attend here from all over the world not only the Caribbean. Just to obtain their level of education. Campus is nice clean and safer than ever.

The nurse was exceptional but the registration personnel was just awful. No respect! Also, the doctor made it clear that the asthmatic patient was the least of his concern.

My experience at the University Hospital of the West Indies was just Awesome.
The Staff on Ward #14 were warm, friendly and hospitable. They treated my son as if he was their own and that's just phenomenal.
The Doctors were very professional and caring.
I must make mention of Dr. Christopher Rose, Dr. Mario Thomas and Dr.Jones for doing their best to improve the quality of living for my son.
Special commendations must also be given to the Nursing staff who took great care of my son. They are: Sister Fray, Nurse MaDonald, Nurse Rhodney, Nurse Abby and another Nurse that i didn't get her name.
All in all it was a good experience and i just want to use this medium to say "Thank You"

Waited five to six hours before I was seen by a patent advocate because my son couldn't stand to see me in pain any longer...then two more hours before I saw a doctor

Food was excellent
Ppl there are very respectful

UWI was a great experience, it can be calm and relaxing or as wild as they come. There is a spot for everyone at The University of the West Indies, Mona

Been there to look for a friend and I really like the precautions put in place since covid, place clean and nice and the ward I went on was really clean and properly kept.
Only fault i notice couple sanitation canisters along walk way were empty since I have been there.
