Hello from Indonesia, I am currently studying at UoPeople. the service from UoPeople staff is very good and responsive. They also provide program advisors who are ready to help their students. Subiya is my advisor. My advisor is very responsive. The online class at uopeople is also good. All students and Instructor in the class come from several countries, they are smart people who are experts in their respective fields. One of the assessment models is peer assessment. Through peer assessment, we are required to provide the best results if we want to get a good score from our peers. During the assessment the instructor continues to monitor, so when we get an unfair score we can tell this to the instructor. This happened to me yesterday then the instructor immediately reviewed and corrected my grades for the better (according to your work). At UoPeople we are required to be active students. We must read and understand all the material that has been given to answer all the assignments. It's self-study and hard work. If you are lazy and not active to learn this university is not for you. Because you will be judged on the results of your work in every task you do.

The people will never respond to your questions and the student websites/portals were all barely usable at best. Doesn't cost much but it's also a complete waste of money

I have been desperately trying to get a transcript sent for a few months now. I was told it was sent but my new school never received it. I have been reaching out to the advisor that was assigned to me but they are not getting me an answer. I do not have a problem paying another fee and paying to have it sent with tracking information, but I am unable to request it through the portal anymore since I withdrew. This is disappointing because my experience was really good until this happened. I am really desperate for help at this point. Can someone from the university please help me??

This is really great initiative and appreciate your good work for all needy students. i must mention over here that, your online degrees are yet to accepted/Approved in CANADA and specially for CANADA "PR" process which will be certainly hard for our future career.... i am still confused that should i start my MBA from your university or not??

University of the People is great. The programs are empirical. Students are thought independent deep reading. Products of this University will fit in into any related establishment. Kudos!

I had to quit this University . Student service do not work.
I got bullied for a instructor during a term, this instructor made change on my grades only because he wanted with no any criteria based.
I made reports about the situation, advisor Rahimunissa didn t do anything to solve my issues, when I tried to make my new registration I was told it s not way to avoid the bullying instructor so makes no sense keep working in that University. I got totally disappointed with UPeople (it was in my second term).
Sadly I have to say goodbye. Hope somebody from the staff read this and start caring about students.

UoPeople is one of the best online accredited university that has a mission which is "everyone has the right to education irregardless of who you are or where you are from". I never knew there are people that still strive to make this world a better place irrespective of the global crises, frauds and all of that. God bless the founder and all the instructors. How I wish I can get a scholarship into an awesome institution like this.!
