I attended back in 2016 and received my associates degree I have since went back to get bachelor's degree but don't know why the professors are slackers when it comes to helping you and have to wait until the following week to get your grade in your assignments. My advisor did try and help me it still nothing has changed I'm thinking of finding another university.

RUN AWAY!!!!! A nightmare experience hands down. Look elsewhere for your educational wants/needs. Every single class they require different tech access and it doesn t work. Absolute worst decision I ever made was to go through this place. So beyond frustrated and angry. Academic advisors are worthless and don t help with anything!

Do NOT go to this school. It has been a nightmare since day 1. First you are paying to teach yourself. The instructors are only there to grade. You are never taught a single thing. You are required to teach and learn on your own. Then you do t know if you are doing assignments correctly and get marked wrong. If you ask instructor for help they say they can t help you. It s awful. Can t get answer back from advisors. Student services tell you teachers have free range even though they aren t teaching. Put holds on accounts a year later due to something THEY missed before enrollment. I can go on and on. Terrible.

Run as fast you can, this place calls daily and sometimes a few times a day with high pressure sales. Unreal the amount of phones I have received. Why such tactics being used, sounds as this school is desperate

I made the mistake of starting my associates at my local community college. Had I started with University of Phoenix to begin with I would have saved myself a lot of stress and money overall. You cannot find more streamlined, well laid out and organized programs anywhere. The design is simple and easy to navigate, each course has the same layout. You cannot find better service and support from the staff. You have an assigned counselor, with a direct ext and email to reach at anytime for the rare issues. Very rare. The programs are designed for student success. I felt supported the entire time. The breaks the school offers for any reason what so ever are game changing for parents. The program is setup completely for you, you can see where you are and exactly what courses are next to complete your program and the order, to follow your progress. You do nothing but your work. Instantly enrolled in your next course, as long as you passed. One class per 5 weeks. I can not recommend them enough for degree programs, with the least possible stress.

This is their corporate location. Like other companies, they did "work-from-home" during Covid-19. They found it was more cost-effective to keep most of their workforce as "work-from-home". As I said, this is a corporate location...not a campus location.

Bad,bad, bad and bad place to go and try to get a degree.People that helped me to get signed up told me a bunch of lies. The Apollo group was awful. I was coached into signing up with all kinds of promises. Don't believe their promises. I was told I needed to sign up for courses that had nothing to do with the type of degree I wanted. When I asked about the classes I needed for my degree, I was told that they would be offered at a later date and would be informed when they would be offered. Well guess what, they never offered the classes that were needed to get the degree I wanted. I did however wind up getting a degree in something I never wanted. Now I am stuck with thousands of dollars owed and no degree in the field I wanted. So, that is why I say beware of all the promises they offer. Another precaution: Make sure you record every conservation you have with UOP or any of their staff.
