I am a 2012 graduate and attended UCS for eight years. I graduated high school with 24 college credits and I am doing very well in college. I received an academic scholarship and I am projected to graduate with my Bachelors degree in the summer of 2015. UCS prepared me with life tools to be successful in college and in my future. I am thankful for the teachers and coaches that loved me and poured in to my life. I hope that I can be used to make a difference in the next generation just as my mentors were used in my personal life.

Went for interview and was not treated well next day got a phone call to make sure i understood her views. She was rude and sharp. Very disappointed.

I have been here for only a week and I am loving it,I like how they challenge us so things aren't so hard for us in the future,all the staff/teachers are very kind I recommend any kid or teen coming here.

My child is a student at this school. I have called, emailed and visited the school to try to make contact with my child's teacher, counselor and/or principal. Nobody at this school ever calls you back. This is a prime example of staff members that are only interested in a pay check. This teacher is not teaching the children and making sure they understand the information, only interested in pushing paper and meeting deadlines.

We went there for Math Olympics. Great school with lovely teachers!

We moved our daughter to University Christian School beginning her Junior year. She had a wonderful experience. We moved her from a very rigorous DCPS Magnet School and found her academic opportunities at UC to be right on their level. She was able to continue taking AP classes and add in a few college credits at the same time. She had no problems being accepted into the college of her choice and also received an academic scholarship. Additionally, she while at UC, she participated in the Gold Rush Band program and lettered in two sports before graduating. No school is perfect, but University Christian School was a perfect choice for her.

Our family has been associated with University Christian since 1971. We have been blessed by so many teachers, students and administrators over the years. No school is perfect or without flaws. But what overshadows this school is the longevity of graduating kids with a 'quality education in a Christian atmosphere'. On occasion, I have sent qualified individuals to University because I believed that teacher and this school were a good fit. I never regretted sending men and women to teach there.

My daughter graduated from University Christian and they did an amazing job setting her up for the next stage of her life.

We have 2 children attending UCS and we could not be more pleased with the education they are receiving. The staff and the teachers genuinely care about our children & not just their education but also their character and their spiritual growth. The staff takes a personal interest in our children and we know we have the opportunity to communicate freely with any concerns that may arise. My children attended the public schools when we relocated to Jacksonville only to fall behind and be bullied. University Christian is a safe environment that is conducive to learning and to helping my children mature into young men and women of integrity that I know will be well equipped to pursue any goals they have for their future. This school is such blessing to our family & I wouldn't want my children attending anywhere else!

We love this school. My daughter has attended since kindergarten and my son will start this year! The administration, staff and teachers are great to work with. I have no doubt my child is safe and loved when she is at school. She has grown and matured spiritually and academically since she has been attending. Would definitely recommend UC to anyone searching for a great school. We wouldn t send our kids anywhere else!
