My review does not concern the proposed tourist services, as for the bad reception received. I did not know this agency yet but a friend of mine had put the list there for her honeymoon. She was told that it would be easy for friends and relatives to make the gift donation directly online but this was not possible because the link did not work. After trying several times, on the last day I had to go (like many others) on the spot. I arrived half an hour from the closing and I asked those who welcomed me to be able to make the payment for the wedding list. At that point another gentleman arrived and told me it was too late, that my friend was in her office to "close the trip". I insisted that their link was not working, thinking that maybe he would take me to another room to make the payment. Instead he told me that the only thing I could do was ... give money directly to my friend! I left without words.

It was not really a positive experience. Little attention, it seemed that instead of participating in a honeymoon my husband and I were there selling soap. wishes and sons.
