The scheduling process was easy. The staff was warm and friendly. EMILY has a great touch and is the consummate professional. AND my skin felt fabulous!
USTA is an absolute gem of the western suburbs. I come here for a facial every 1-2 months, and I have never been disappointed. The students are extremely well-trained and professional and provide incredibly caring and relaxing facials. The prices are so affordable and their customer service is great. I am lucky enough to live a mile away, but if I ever move I will still drive to come here for self-care!
Very professional the instructor and students make you feel very relaxed and my therapist hit every spot that I asked her to work on . I actually feel asleep because it was feeling soo wonderful. Thank you I will be back!!!
There was a class scheduled for "Art of Brows" on April 18th for ceu's. The class was cancelled the day before due to the instructor being ill. The class had no fill in instructor for the day so I was informed that the class would be rescheduled or I would be refunded. I have yet to hear from anyone. I attempted to reach out to them and no response. Time was requested off work for this class only to be notified less than 24 hours before that it was not going to happen. My time was wasted when I could've chosen another school to attend a class or even had gone to work. I lost out on time and money. Receiving ceu's is of extreme importance to renew licensure and this school is treating it as if it's no big deal ant that our time is expendable. I am extremely upset regarding this situation. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable treatment from an establishment who claims to be, "one of the best."
Sarah did a great job on my facial she gave me great advice for my oily skin she also helped me find the perfect products to use. Elaina Did My Mom facial and she was impressed as well she helped her find a great serum and moisturizer for her skin They both were awesome we will be returning soon Sarah & Elaina Thanks Ladies

The facility was clean and had a calming vibe. My aesthetician, Lydia was attentive and professional. I am definitely coming back.
It was an amazing experience. My 1st facial ever and Alexis made me feel so comfortable explaining each product and completely relaxed me, something that is unbelievably hard to do...
Facility was clean however table cover used for service was nor clean. When I asked the administrator around me if it would be changed she answered it is clean an bleached, NO WAY . Students rendered service was professional and friendly.
