I buy things from the refurbishing portion of their business and I can say I am very pleased with them. The Items are reasonably priced and in the condition they say they are. Unfortunately you have to order online then you can pick it up but its worth it.
They've made some changes at the receiving dock, last summer it took 2 hours (or more) to unload, now (June 2020) it took 20 minutes. Thank you

Dropped off a TV to be recycled. Front desk staff was very professional, friendly, and made the process easy. AND, it only cost $10, much less than other options. I would highly recommend these folks.
I waited here to get unloaded for 6 hours. They let everyone go in front of me and I asked why he never gave a reason. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. i am a local truck driver. I have never experienced anyone this outrageously rude to their cumstomers. Highly recommend that dispatch never send any drivers here. The warehouse is extremely unorganized and when you go inside to look for a worker you have to hunt them down. Highly recommend avoiding this place.
