The worst place for bossiness!!! If you are first time buying a car this is the wrong place, they will do all that is possible for you pay the maximum for a Car, and they will add a lot extra things in contract, I had to selling back the car and now, they don t want to send back my money, the customer service is poor, bad experience with these guys .

I was a little hesitant going to Universal City Nissan, but I needed a car because of costly repairs ($$$$) on my old Nissan vehicle. Luckily, I met Kyle and his service was fantastic! He had great customer service, knowledgeable, and helped me budget which car works best for me. I explained to him my issues with my old Nissan car and he informed me about trade-ins. He worked that out for me and now I'm enjoying my new car.
