I recently had an experience that left me quite puzzled. The product I received was not as described on the site, which was unexpected. Communication was lacking. it took longer than anticipated to get responses to my inquiries. 📩 Additionally, the quality of the materials seemed lower than what I had hoped for, affecting my overall satisfaction. It felt like the attention to detail was missing. 🤔 While there are some interesting offerings, I believe improvements could greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
