I felt everyone was very professional and friendly. I do not like that the exam and the fitting of the equipment and use is all separate and you have to go somewhere else for that. This was a follow up exam for me after a year of not complying due to surgery. My expectations were not what occurred during the appointment as what I would think a follow up exam would entail. I had worst problems with the home care company down the hall.

The rooms for the test are quaint and they actually let you play on your cell phones if you wanted to unlike the last place I was at. All the stuff were very pleasant. When not taking naps for the narcolepsy test they let me pretty much do whatever I wanted instead of chaining me into the room. They even had snacks they gave out and of course vending machines. I will definitely come back here if I have to do more sleep studies in the future. The doctor I had was really nice as well although she wasn't able to give me the medication I needed because my insurance denied it. But she tried to push it through anyways because she knew I needed it.

I am not sure what happened with the Customer Service at this facility but I called and I received a very rude Representative and I asked for a Supervisor or Manager which she would not get for me and she fought with me on this and then hung up on me!

Extremely rude and belligerent receptionists. The quality of patient care has gone down the toilet since Dr. Israel retired. Fortunately they are not the only show in town, so I can take my business elsewhere.

Unbelieveable. I was on hold for too long over 10 minutes. I am trying to call to make an appointment at Unity Sleep Center. I pressed option 1 and was told by secretary to press option 2. Because option 1 is for new patients and they don't have the scheduling access file to schedule current patients. So I called again and pressed option 2 and was on hold for 10 minutes. Then I called again on two calls and still both lines on hold.
