This place here is a real joke back in the day they were very helpful nowadays they limit the resources by doing things by zip code so the poorer zip codes have NO RESOURCES where as where the whites are located they have everything! They have all these links but none that addresses your questions so how you going to provide a solution? The employees showing up getting FREE MONEY not there to help period!
Im so shocked to hear once again today that theres no funds to help homeless that have documentation they were effected directly by covid..Im told theres no programs for homeless and when I ask gwinette homes first rep wheres all these funds I see donated to them by the ARP act she chuckled and said I understand exactly what your saying and I dont know is all I can say..wow we are talking thousands and thousands of dollars meant for this purpose and nobody knows where the funds are?! One problem is our disgusting governor kemp..whos pockets are these funds going into I wanna know
I visited the garage, the security person was very nice.
I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism and lack of empathy staff showed over the phone for my housing situation due to COVID.
They lead me along, asking me to complete Application for Rental Assistance, uploaded required documents and then they went GHOST on me!!
If you re in an Emergency situation, I would not recommend this Agency. It s very unfortunate because the money that United Way received to help people in need was not utilized properly, if it was WHY WAS THERE SO MUCH MONEY LEFT to use or lose??

My experience was excellent, I got what I needed accomplished.
I was there for a 3-day training and have never had such a wonderful, personable experience with United Way members. Every interaction was kind; however, Janelle Gibson was head and shoulders about the rest. Janelle has, seemingly, an insatiable desire to exceed expectations for every aspect of her role. I wish every professional experience was curated in this fashion.

felt like they did not care about me. Took all my information and stopped answering the phone & also stopped replying to emails !
