I would give negative stars if this was an option. My home equity line of credit check was denied. Operators can't give any information about reason. Tried to call main office and no number is available. Zero zero zero. If you care about your store customers don't use this company.
This company denies checks when there is plenty of money in the checking account for them to clear. They tell your vendor the check you gave to them is not going to cash even though that is not the case. I have even checked with my bank to make sure I am not missing something. Each time the bank tells me all of my checks should clear based on the balances I keep in my accounts. EVERYTIME this happens UTA discovers an "error" on UTA's side of things- literally 100% of the time! The problem is they don't tell your vendor they made the mistake which continues to create bad vibes with people you do business with; especially during COVID! How long will someone continue to do business with you when they are always told your payments will bounce even if they are being told false information!?!?
Apparently had an issue with a check and it was never ran through my bank no returned fee or anything from my bank showing trying to go through .United transactions said something about account number didn t match never had a problem with any other check that I wrote around the same time. And the funds were there at that time .So Terry brands called me once.And then they started posting stuff on my Facebook accounts even writing a Google review On my website.This company is the lowest of low on tactics (terry brands).
Tried to purchase tires at Discount Tire by check. United Tranzactions disallowed the purchase. No reason was given, and the store employee was unable to request one. I have never written a bad check, and my checking account balance was more than adequate. The only reason I gave them even one star is that the system won't accept zero. Hey United Tranzactions, why don't you do the country a favor and go out of business.
This company is a joke! UTA continues to deny checks that are good to our business partners. 2 QUESTIONS: 1. How do you deny a check when there are thousands of dollars more than the check you are writing in the checking account? 2. How has this company not been sued and put out of business? In my opinion, its time someone file a lawsuit. Anyone want to join me with a class action suit? Maybe some of the other people who have contributed to this companies 2.3 Star Rating. A SHADY COMPANY TO SAY THE LEAST- a judge will shut them down! TO BAD I CAN'T GIVE THEM LESS THAN 1 STAR!!!!!!! (0 Stars)
My check was denied authorization today on a purchase and I had more than enough funds in my account to cover the purchase. This is not the first time this company has done this to me. Today I wrote a review because it keeps happening with this company.
If you are going to deny someone s check, you should at least give a reason why. There were more than enough funds in my account and I have never had a bad check. This merchant will know why I went to another place to purchase over $2,000 in merchandise.
Another day trying to pay our vendors & conduct our normal business is another day that United TranzActions LLC denies our checks with no good reason. How is a check denied when there is over 50K in the bank account?!?! Bank doesn't understand how this company gets away with this either......
Shame on you Builders Supply in Santa Ana, CA for using this company For check approvals as they have terrible reviews. I won t even bother to call UTA since no one has luck with that. My concern is now they have all my necessary information and have proven (per reviews here) not reputable !
If you are thinking of hiring this company to verfiy checks for your company run as fast as you can. They deny good checks you pay to your vendors for goods and services even if they are not bad checks. ALL OF THE CHECKS MY COMPANY WRITES ARE GOOD!!!! ALWAYS HAVE BEEN!!! They will hurt your business relationships with false information.
Today was the final straw for my company.
UTA called and acted like they were an auto dealership asking me if our check was good! Luckily for me, I have caller ID which showed me it was "UTA". When I called them out for acting like my vendor (the dealership) and not a fraudlant a check verification company they hung up on me!
